We always enjoy coming here. The food tastes good, feels healthier than most fast options out there and it isn't overly priced. The kids menu isn't huge (they usually aren't) but they have good kid friendly options.

Menu was absolutely confusing. Server couldn't even explain. Pick two price looks like it should include just that as the sign indicates. Server says no that sandwich doesn't qualify. Won't do that again!

I downloaded the app and tried to order but it kept closing and I would have to start over. It never did accept my payment info. So finally I gave up on the app and tried to call . It rang many times then hung up on me. Was not at a busy time! So I gave up and went somewhere else. However, a few days later my son wanted to go so I gave them another chance an went through the drive through. It was actually pretty fast. My Southwest Ceasear Salad was delicious and tasted really fresh and crispy, but the lettuce was not cut up very well. Infact I found the lettuce core in my salad. My son's Barbeque chicken sandwich looked nothing like the picture online. It was on sliced bread instead of the bun shown online. He said that it tasted good. It was supposed to be the large sandwich, but it didn't look that big to me. The bag of chips was tiny. In fact I thought that all of the portions were small for the prices. My salad seemed small. The Broccoli Cheddar soup was good but didn't seem as creamy as it used to. The girl who waited on us was friendly and helpful, but I think that they need to work on efficiency and uniformity.
We just got the soup and it was very good. A little pricey for soup, but everything is pricey now. Service was excellent!

I ordered Panera a few days ago and got a couple of their sandwiches with either a side of soup and salad for my family. The sandwiches were amazing, same with the soup. When it came to the salad, I ordered a Caesar salad with the dressing on the side. They didn’t put the sauce on the side, and it was the wrong dressing, it was some spicy dressing that was all over the salad and I said no Avocado and there was avocado. I ordered to go, so I don’t know if they just didn’t look at what I specifically ordered or gave me the wrong salad. Other than that, staff was great and the food was great.. I just didn’t think it was going to be as expensive as it was.

Do not eat at this place I'm a ex employee there and I was fired because I brought the fact of employees and managers vape inside the building and next to the food in the walk in and the bakery carts they had sat in the walk I for over and months and then they fired me because I brought it up I have photos handing over to a attorney and health department if you don like people smoking around your food then don't go here lots of health code violations

Went through the drive-through, which took so long that I waited for close to 5 minutes for the car infrastructure of me to receive two small drinks.They were out of brownies. This store has been out of something every time I ha e been there over the past 6 months.I ordered an extra baguette, which I was charged .99 for it was almost as long as my pinky. All my bread was just placed loose in my bag on top of my food, not in a bag or even wrapped in a paper.
The best grilled cheese and French onion soup ever! The papaya iced green tea was so yummy and the ladies working were so nice and friendly ?
