Gentleman offered to bring our pizza out tonight after I brought my 3 kiddos into the store with me and our pizza wasn't quite ready . It's Friday, so I'm understandably patient. I'm watching as my paid for pizza sits in the window for 25 Xtra minutes. The cashier had the tenacity to give it to me almost cold. The guy who offered to bring it out tucks his head and doesn't acknowledge me. Terrible accountability and communication amongst co workers. I won't be coming back. Take your business elsewhere.

Pizza was not cooked long enough, barely warm at delivery. Paid for spicy garlic cup and received something that resembled thousand island dressing in a cup. Don't normally have bad experiences with them, but this was disappointing.

I ordered 4 pizzas for delivery on Friday. I placed the order over the phone with more than 24 hours' notice. when my pizzas didn't show up, I called to find out what was going on. The phone was answered then automatically placed on hold. I was on hold for about 10 minutes and never talked to a person. My pizzas did arrive 30 minutes late. My coworkers and I only have a 30-minute lunch. When I asked the delivery person why they didn't call to tell me that my order was going to be late, I was told that they are shorthanded. He never apologized for being 30 minutes late. I tried to call to speak to the manager but got the same automated answer and placed on hold, never having a chance to speak to a real person. I know that sometimes things happen and cause delays. However, a phone call to let me know my order would be late would have been nice. As it is, we had to go back to work without lunch and then take cold pizza home for later. Not impressed with the lack of customer service!!

Stopped on our way from a trip out of town and picked up a large pepperoni with the cheese in the crust and it was delicious. Hadn’t eaten in a long time and it was just as good as the last time. The employees were really nice and quick with our order. Really enjoyed and can’t wait to go back.

Finally had some papa John's.. it is not worth it. Did not sit well in my stomach. It's has no flavor. The garlic ranch is just unappetizing, open it up it's all chunky. Makes you think what's going to be in you ... Kinda makes ya feel guilty for eating all this ingredients. Not gonna try again. Not worth it at all. I'd rather go to Taco Bell for the runs not pizza places.

Had a horrible experience at this papa johns, me and several others walked into the establishment and the employees just stared and keep walking back and forth, we had our order of garlic nots and we waited for about 30 minutes, which is outrageous for this establishment, I feel like I was mistreated and I only got 8 garlic bits. Why, we waited 30 minutes for 8 garlic nots

They are clearly understaffed. Been waiting 45 minutes for a basic order. The manager needs to decide if quality of service matters more than saving a buck on delivery drivers. Would have a year ago... but very much don't recommend now.

This Papa Johns is solid most always. Tonight we had an issue, but the manager was gracious and professional. He was very caring and made it right. I appreciate these guys a lot for making those nights we don't want to cook much better!

I can"t believe you are charging for the little packets of parmesan cheese now. After getting pizza for the last 20 years here. Pretty dang sad paying for a half a teaspoon of parmesan cheese. We are not in the Depression yet!

You pay as much as getting the best pizza from brick house pizza Witch is 10x better an more filling an way better costumer service. My bad thinking delivery was better. Cost way more for no reason. An $h!ty costumer service. Saying the delivery fees doesn't go to the drivers an it's makes you give a tip. Put these guy out on business an my pizza was late.
