Ordered on line at 5:26pm. And received a thank you confirmation. At 7:00pm I received a phone call saying my order was not processed and if I would like to have it reissued and at full price no refund or discount offered nothing. Very bad customer service!!!! Their saying is better ingredients better pizza nothing about terrible service.

I ordered online for my food to be ready at 5:00. I got an e-mail that it was done at 4:45. By the time I got it, it was lukewarm. What is the point of picking a specific time for it to be ready if they do not honor that time? 15 minutes early seems excessive.

Got 2 large pizzas for 30$ and they gave us free plates, peppers, and Parmesan. The pizza was very good!

One pizza was missing bacon, the other pizza was burned. I asked for well done, not burned. I was very disappointed with this order and will probably not be ordering from here again. The delivery driver was great though.

Called our order in. Pizza was waiting for me when I got there. Friendly staff.
On our last order an empty box was delivered! When I called in, they replaced the pizza but we had to wait another 30 mins and they did not offer amy compensation.

We ordered for delivery and waited almost an hour. I called to follow up on it and the manager told me he just left and it will be another 10 minutes. I live not even 5 minutes away. I said okay and I would wait. 15 minutes later he is still not there. I called and said I just wanted to drive and pick it up, the manager stated it would be ready when I got there but when I arrived he told me it would be another 20 minutes. We originally ordered our food at 5:30 and didn't get it till 7:15. I was upset, the manager then said he would refund my order and comp our food. He still has not done so. I asked that he refund the tip and delivery fee for the driver because I had to drive out to pick up the food and he said he would. He still hasn't refunded me and it's been almost a week. I understand being short staffed but I don't understand the lack of follow through. When you say you're going to do something you should do it. I don't recommend ordering from this location.
