Honestly everything about it is great aside from the location/parking lot. The coffee and staff are definitely worth the trouble and figuring out a way to get to them through a confusing parking lot that only has one entrance to the business.Parking: Confusing parking lot with only one entrance/exit near an intersection.

Asked if they do Mochas, they said sure, asked if they can do a shot of hazelnut, they said yeah, at the window the girl called it a latte, I said its a mocha no? she handed me the coffee and slammed the window. It was a latte, not even slightly warm, dumped it out and saw like half a cup of coffee grounds at the bottom. This is my first experience here. Ive never had an experience remotely similar after years of going to dutch and starbucks and many other chains. Crazy.

This location is hands down the best one. Every single person who works here is friendly, patient and they always make an effort to get to know you--and not in a "I'm doing this because it's part of my job" kind of way. They are genuinely nice people. I've been trying to learn everyone's names--but Brandon, Abby and Audrey are ALWAYS amazing!! They always help me start my day off on the right foot. As far as the coffee goes--it's MUCH better than the company before and I like that they brought back some of the favorites from the Roasters days. My ONLY feedback would be that I wish when you order a larger coffee, that you automatically get more espresso shots. I always order an Americano and It's weird to me that a 20oz & the next size up (24?) both get 2 shots...but the larger one gets more water so it's watered down...I get that I can pay for an extra shot, but just seems weird that the shot count wouldn't increase with the size. BUT that is not a huge complaint, just an observation. I will still go here and still order my normal drink ;)

I love the staff here, especially my favorite, Brandon! He has my drink order memorized and while visiting with me he makes my drink to perfection! I love the sugar-free white rocket & he always makes it the best!! Definitely worth going & highly recommend!! Ask for Brandon, you won't be disappointed.

Seem to overcharge, 8 bucks for a matcha tea with oat milk. Either that or the barista didn't know what he was doing. Most places it's about 6.75.
Was so excited to hear wake up call was coming to Tri-Cities, it was my favorite coffee spot in Spokane! Drove through the Kennedy location and they exceeded expectations! I’ll definitely be back
