My hubby and I are always really happy with this Starbies. During our most recent visit, we ordered ahead on the app, and our coffee was ready about 4 minutes before the estimated time, which was great since we arrived early. There was plenty of seating for us to sit down and sip our coffee & share a yummy buritto. The new lavender oatmilk latte is very good!!Parking: There aren’t a ton of parking spaces, but we found one no prob!

Starbucks doesn’t often fail at customer service. The gentleman made the wrong drink, which happens. But when I told him about it, he didn’t apologize and gave a response that made me feel like he was blaming me, all in a sing song voice with a smile. Then, when the right drink was made, I asked if there was a price difference (he made a more expensive drink than I unknowingly paid for on the app but didn’t order), he said “we can see” in the same sing song voice but kept working on other drinks and didn’t say or address it and watched me walk right out the door. Terrible service, and they dishonestly made no attempt to make the charges right. I’m not even worried about the $1 difference or whatever small amount it might have been. It was the experience that was disappointing.

Overpriced, burnt, coffee served slowly by self entitled staff, who expect generous tips from their sub-par service. Compared to many of the other independent local coffee shops, they are at the bottom of the list, right between McDonald's and BurgerKing. Nice, tree-shaded patio for relaxing and escaping the noise inside.

I wish I could give it 0 stars! I’ve been here 3 times, all 3 times my order was wrong. I went today and had them remake my drink because it was wrong, and they handed me another wrong drink. I definitely won’t be coming back a 4th time.

The older blonde woman did not enter my daughter's drink right, did not greet us at all at the window, and insisted on holding the credit card reader in a position where the screen could not be read. I could not read it or hear a beep, so I had to keep redoing it. All small stuff, but when you are paying $5 a drink, I expect quality employees who make you want to come back. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I recommend not taking it out on customers.

Ordered a Pink Drink and asked for light ice…,because we all know how it is…I received a Grande “light ice” that was full of ice and a little bit of pink drink. I’m so tired of paying six dollars for a cup of ice..
