We ordered tonight through DoorDash and called because we were missing food, had the wrong drinks, drinks weren’t full on top of it, and the manager LUZ responded with “What do you want me to do about it??”. Worst customer service we’ve dealt with in a very long time. Then she says in Spanish to her coworker talking smack, “This client for real”. Not “Hey I’m sorry if it was through DoorDash you’ll have to contact them.” Why do you guys have people who barely speak English being a manager? That was her excuse. Or was she just lying because she didn’t want to deal with the situation? Either way get professional or find another job if you hate customer service so much. Just as much as you don’t want to deal with customers we don’t want to deal with your bad attitude either. We just want to get what we paid for.

Our order has been wrong the past two times. The first time we were missing a few tacos. Tonight it was nothing close to what we ordered. I didn’t check the bag since the employee confirmed what I ordered as the bag was handed to me. This is the worst Taco Bell - not that I expect greatness (just give me what I paid and waited for!)

As a delivery driver, I attempted to pick up an Uber order. When I got there, I showed them my order and they said it should be on the delivery rack. It was not. So, it had been stolen. I asked them if they could remake it. They told me it could not be remade because it was already made. They gave me no other explanation. I asked multiple times and they denied me. I lost out on income because these employees were to incompetent to remake food that was stolen because of their poor method of storing food at the front of the store.

This is my go to place I go here every other day, and it’s coming to the point where this location, is not worth going anymore , I asked the associate for sauce he said “we don’t have anymore sauce of any kind”, after he said that the other associate was on his head piece and said what kind of sauce did you want to another customer, like do you guys see the issue here. Like this location ain’t worth it anymore , I’d rather drive to Othellos Taco Bell to get better service then this one , even Rd68 or Court st both in pasco have better hospitality then this location. I had to toss my food away y’all , because why lie I wasn’t going to enjoy it and I was upset, and he didn’t even bother giving me my receipt. That’s why I went on here to say something.Vegetarian options: The options are amazing , but the service is not amazing .
