Recently ordered delivery again, and again my order was delivered without items I ordered. I understand that lately it's harder to find people willing to work and work with pride, no matter what their job is. I can't fault the driver too much as he had several deliveries to make, so forgetting a pizza was understandable. I had four pizzas, double cheese bread, pasta, etc., It was a substantial sized order. My issue was again with the completely rude and disrespectful staff at the restaurant. I called and was basically blown off by a young woman and was given no information willingly. I had to ask if my pizza would be delivered actually, I had to basically request to know what had happened and why again had items been forgotten. All I received was one word responses and was completely made to feel that I was an annoyance to her. I have been a long time customer, I even worked for the company when I was in my twenties. Now I'm in my 50's and refuse to purchase food from this restaurant on George Washington Way in Richland Washington again. They are consistently rude and disrespectful to the customer.

Would so give zero stars if I could... made a contactless order online, arrived early to watch them place my order in the warmer, patiently waited for my order to be brought out to me (as my foot is broken) sat in front of Pizza Hut for fifteen minutes waiting for them to bring me out my food.. finally sucked it up and limped inside as I left my crutches at the house because they were supposed to bring my purchased meal out to me... literally watched all 3 employees stare at me while I waited for my food to be brought out and felt judged as they watched me struggle to access their building with my cast & broken foot.. disgusting.

Orders online...estimated time 37 minutes! Pizza wasn't delivered for an HOUR!!! the we open them up and 2 completely wrong pizzas!!!!! One being onion and olives!!!! Yuck! So I called and they said, "we can offer a credit or remake, what'll it be?" Completely rude, no apology! So of course u asked for a remake because I have 3 hungry kids waiting. They said it'd be another 30 minutes!

We ordered a couple of pizzas last night. One was Supreme, and one ham, onions, bacon, and pineapple. These were, by far, the worst pizza that we have had in a long time. They looked as though they had been cooked too long and sat around all day. There was very little sauce on them, the veggies were old and dried up...no taste whatsoever. If I were blindfolded while eating it, I wouldn't know this pizza from cardboard. We have always liked Pizza Hut, but will NEVER order from this one again.

Pizza Huts range from store to store from substandard to good quality (never, by no means excellent). But this one on Geo Wy and McMurray is a good quality one (apparently even has a good pizza/salad bar on lunch days--although I could be wrong as all I do is online orders/pickups). Here's why I like this Pizza Hut: I ordered a pizza online, and showed up but the manager told me it will be a few more minutes because they dropped it. I actually really appreciate this because I admire veracity. They made a mistake, and they owned up to it. Well I got home, opened the box--and it was the wrong order! Half onion and green pepper, half cheese was NOT what I ordered...BUT I called them at a busy time and they delivered me a free pizza to my home. Now, I know most pizza places do this, but I appreciate the honesty (and like I said, good pizza). This was the first mistake they made on my order in the last few months, but kudos to their honest manager (because she could've made excuses, but she didn't).

After eating pizza from Papa Murphy's and a few other pizza joints, I decided to go back to Pizza Hut. After moving here I only went to other pizza places figuring Pizza Hut here would be no different from all the rest in the state I came from. Not so. This Pizza Hut makes the best pizza I've had I think ever. Seriously. Unfortunately the last one wasn't very good, the toppings were next to nothing and the crust was over cooked. But this was only one bad experience thus far with this location. I've also noticed since getting the NFL contract from Papa John's they hiked the price on their most popular crust and I'm thinking now that Pizza Hut is feeling cocky because of the NFL contract, they will lesson the toppings as I already see they have and now ask if extra is wanted for an extra fee. That's dirty pool and it certainly doesn't show appreciation to their loyal costumers from even before their new found fame. IF they are going to hike their prices and begin adding extra for everything or skimp on the toppings, I WILL return to Papa Murphy's. I don't give my business to any company who decides to cheat me because they got a sudden windfall.

So I'm not sure if this is a chain issue or a store issue but our family style order of the chicken Alfredo had no chicken in them! I thought maybe it was just what I scooped out but nope! I checked my kids plates and the same thing. Very disturbing to pay for chicken Alfredo and to have no chicken in it. My husband said he got maybe one piece. I ordered 3 family style meals because my daughter wanted it for her birthday (well Olive Garden but that's not happening). Pretty disappointing Will try again because I happen to like Pizza Hut but it will be awhile.

First , couldn't find the house, then we finally got ahold of them we went down to pick it up and they tried to give us the old Pizza that had been sitting in the car for 2 hours. We will no longer be ordering pizzas from this location and I've boycotted all pizza hut locations. We made two large orders from this facility in the same day. We spent nearly 200 dollars. The first order arrived on time, the second order was over an hour late. The manager bold face lied to us and said they didn't have our address and were confused on how to find our facility. Cold soggy pizza was the final product. They offered no discount or any pizzas free, we were still charged. The next morning when we called to file a complaint, the manager did not care. He said he could not give us any pizzas for free, and that he would only give us a gift card to cover one! That's pathetic. When we declined, and said we would no longer be using their business - their response was we don't care. Not only that, these pizzas were for a group of active duty Marines. SHAME ON YOU PIZZA HUT.

Terrible management. As in the worse. Ended up walking out with only half my order after paying for the whole thing. Half order was ready when I got there. After editing 10 minutes I went to counter and told them I was unwilling to wait any longer and asked for the part that was ready. Girl at counter said ok sorry. Didn't offer refund or nothing. NEVER be vsck
