We had full service. Suggest you go hungry as our 2:30 tea became our dinner! It was delicious. Will definitely return. Great spot to take visitors from out of town or to celebrate an event.

My favorite tea spot in the US. This was my third visit to the Tea Shop and it was wonderful! It is a fresh, bright take on a traditional tea. The selection of teas is excellent. The food is delicious. The service is warm and friendly. I highly recommend.

My husband and I had a delightful afternoon tea at Jubilee Tea House. The food was yummy with savory and sweet items. It included real clotted cream with lemon curd for tasty scones. I especially liked the tea selections for a bottomless pot. Both my husband and I drink a lot of tea, so this was a welcome inclusion. The room can accommodate large groups too. We will go again!

We went to Jubilee to celebrate my granddaughter's 10th birthday, there were 5 of us. The dining room is bright with a white and bright pink color palette that forms the decor concept. It is not warm and cozy, but it rather gives off a bright, cheerful vibe. My granddaughter was presented with a charming hair clip designed with a small, darling pink felt ladies hat with flowers. She loved it. It was a packed dining room but the service was timely, friendly, and helpful. The finger bites were lovely and tasteful especially if you took the time to read the creative Christmas themed names and descriptors on the Christmas Tea Menu. I felt it was quite spendy, but clearly a lot of creative talent goes into providing unique memorable experiences. Perfect for a special event.

It was a wonderful treat. Our extended family had all headed back to their homes, and my mother was feeling sad. I booked a Christmas tea to cheer her up. It was a great way of spending the afternoon. It gave us something fun to talk about
Lovely tea house in downtown Ridgefield. Visited for my sister's birthday. The staff is welcoming and courteous. Bottomless pots of tea of your choice from an extensive menu. Starting with a sorbet is fun and it gets better from there. Selection of soup, savory and sweets, food was excellent. A true gem in Ridgefield.

I took my two granddaughters and we had a great time. They enjoyed the teas and food. They also brought out a little cupcake with a candle for my one granddaughter whose birthday we were celebrating (and a cute hat hair clip. ‘It was a bit pricy but that is because I didn't realize I could order a kids sampling of the food. The tomato soup was everyone's favorite - sooo good.

The tea was delicious and they had a great selection. The food was very mediocre for the price. The portions were fair but the quality was poor. They have potential to be fantastic but the pricing and food need to be reevaluated.
This is our second experience and both times have been wonderful! The staff is very friendly, and attentive to all details. The selection of tea has something for everyone and the food is delicious! Even though it was a full room, it wasn't loud and our party felt comfortable at our table. I can't wait to come back!

Jubilee Tea House is such a little gem in the Ridgefield community. I'm so glad we found this place. I've been a few times this year with ladies from my groups and we did a Christmas Tea with my family. Definitely going to be a new tradition!!!
Wonderful Christmas tea experience! Everyone was so attentive and friendly, the food was great, and the ambience was wonderful. We also loved being able to shop in the gift shop next-door before and after tea. We will definitely make this a tradition each year!

Afternoon Tea was delightful with a variety of food items with flavors blended for an outstanding tasting experience. Honey was also provided for the tea of your choice which was appreciated along with sugar cubes (white and brown sugar). A delicious afternoon tea of choice, soup, sandwiches, scones, and desserts! Yum!!! We will be back . . .

We visited to celebrate a birthday with the Christmas Tea. The staff and owner were friendly, the tea list extensive and service well paced. There were complimentary treats for the birthday girl. The individual items were creative and very tasty! To go boxes were offered. We all agreed it was a very enjoyable experience!
