I highly recommend the smoked pork sandwich. The ciabatta roll is perfectly toasted yet not tough, the pork is delicious and not fatty, and the coleslaw is the perfect acidity. Both the smoked fresno pepper aioli and BBQ sauce are delicious. The smoked carrots are perfect on the side. I'm a foodie and they would not be chopped! :-)
I will leave a longer review once have had the chance to try more items. I'm here for two reasons: to try to explain how amazing the smoked carrots and fish tacos were and to mention that you can order food at Ridgefield Craft Brewing around the corner and they deliver your food to your table. So genius and so simple. Lovely small businesses both. Give them a try!

Order a variety of food for the fam. It all came out hot and delicious. Loved the Burger it was perfectly cooked with great seasoning. Brisket is awesome, and the kids loved the tenders and the grilled cheese. I'm glad they're part of the food scene in downtown Ridgefield.
