The menu is really small that I’m standing in front of the cashier and still struggling to read it. Regulars can memorize it but potential customers will need to easily be able to read it. Food was alright but not worth the wait on a Saturday evening

We made the mistake of stopping by here when the line was short. Kathleen was the one helping us and she was probably the only one actually working. After about 15 minutes of waiting I started to hear orders after mine being called out. After asking about our order the cooking staff told Kathleen they ready sent it out and started arguing with her when she tried to tell them to remake the order as I had never gotten it. It took an additional 15 minutes to get the kitchen to make my order and when it came out it was cold.Kathleen was the only helpful person in this situation and I honestly feel bad for her as she was working her butt off to handle the now long line of people, and trying to get the people in the kitchen to get orders out. This place is understaffed and horribly managed. Likely won’t come here again.

Bacon double burger was sooooo salty it’s funny ? the two stars are for the service and the non salted fries that complemented the burger. I like salt but if you love… love salt, this is your spot. Have at it.

Absolutely love their burgers, the fries/tots are hit or miss with their seasoning (I've learned to just ask for extra seasoning). You get a good amount of food, especially considering the price. It's ridiculously difficult to figure out the app/website though. As someone who usually prefers to order ahead of time, that's definitely frustrating.
This is the best fast food option in the casino IMO. Their burger and chicken sandwich are both good, sides are good, sauces are good, and prices aren't terrible! The only drawback of them is they often have a long line, but understandable why. The best places usually do.Kid-friendliness: Kids shouldn't have a problem eating here

The line is usually pretty long sadly. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, the milkshakes are expensive but very good. You can order it no buns and they can put it in a bowl if you are keto. They do also have gluten free buns if you ask. Don't forget to use your points if you got them!
We’ve been here three times now, since the new year. Yes they are busy. Yes the wait isn’t the best. But you can see them trying and the food is worth the wait. Have a little patience people. Thank you Samantha! You and the crew are amazing .

This is mainly where we eat at while at the casino. Almost always very busy. They have to be short handed because often the cashier stops taking orders and starts helping the cook. I understand that but I have noticed that often the now cook helper/cashier doesn’t change gloves. Nothing like handling money and then scooping up tots back into their container.?Burgers are usually good but could be seasoned better. All the personnel here are very nice. Not sure what’s going on with the ketchup packets lately though. Use to be given several but now have to ask more than once for more than 3?
Not the smash burger experience I loved when the chain first came out with the incredible cooked cheese several inches out from the bun. I was looking forward to that but just normal hamburgers .. tasty, but so is Carl's Jr.
