Coffee isn't worth what they want. It's a good place for up pedi people. I would rather support local people. Less money. And better coffee. You would have to be a dummy. To fall for Starbucks hype. Starbucks is a joke to me.

With there being 4 employees and the line wasn't long, nor the waiting line, it took over 30 minutes to get my friends drink. He even had to remind them and they misplaced his order. I'm sure passengers and flight crew were anxious to get their orders before having to leave them behind to catch their planes.

I was told cold brew or cold foam wasn't available at this location?..I wasn't about to get a flavored drink with no caffeine..be it hot or cold.. that attitude I got was like I shouldn't have asked if they make cold brew or cold foam..I was disappointed..I got a red bull since I knew it had caffeine in it..

Recently tried a latte while driving from Seattle to Portland. It tasted like garbage - the expresso was missing any flavor. Recommend not going here and trying Starbucks in other exits.

If you are doing a trip south on the I5 don't stop here1. They don't accept Starbucks Gift cards here2. The highway sign with the food options on the I5 shows Starbucks. It would be great to mention it's inside a Casino, like go find parking then you need to walk all the way in. It's not like a normal gas stop as you'd imagineI get that both of these points are probably out of the stores control but I would have kept driving had I known both of these things

The customer service from Tina was absolute trash. Probably the rudest employee I have ever encountered. When I ordered a drink from the Starbucks website she chose to be condescending and said "I don't know why you keep asking me for that drink". Before explaining that they do not carry all drinks from the website. When asked to repeat the points on our card she didn't even bother to check again and said "idk I just say them the first time and don't memorize it". The other lady who made our drink was much more cheerful and friendlier. Don't work at a customer service job if you can't deliver decent customer service.
