If there are 2 or more cars, its faster to drive to the Woodland taco bell. The employees here are incompetent, rude and slower then snails.

It's Taco Bell, hard to be disappointed when you go knowing the bar is set so low, but this Taco Bell managed to do it. We went through the drive-thru, they handed us our food and it all looked exactly the same. We asked if they had marked the food so we can tell the difference and they said with a flat-out, unapologetic "Nope". With all the choices in the area, why go back?

I never leave reviews, but I had to here. For a city like Ridgefield that’s growing and booming I expected better. Downtown Portland probably has cleaner places Dirty inside. Sat inside for about 20 minutes before my order was ready. And I ordered from home and came to pick up so a total of about 30 minutes waiting. Service is really bad.

We came in to hace dinner at about 6:45 and the restaurant could look like he's already been hit by a full on dinner rush and nobody had cleaned the lobby the entire night. All the tables were dirty and there was food on the floor. It's super slow in here right now.

I've been here probably 10-15 times over the past year and have always received friendly, quick service and food that matched my order. I don't order anything special but it always tastes just like every other Taco Bell (which is the point). Things to improve are how the drive-thru is maintained during winter and keeping the prices on the drive-thru menu updated to match what you actually charge.

While I don't have high standards for Taco Bell, this one is so terrible I felt compelled to leave a review. Having been to this location countless times, I can say it is without a doubt the slowest Taco Bell I have ever experienced. Furthermore, it is consistently understaffed, closed during advertised hours, and it delivers incorrect orders frequently. Half the time, my food isn't even wrapped and falls apart in the bag. If there is any kind of line at all, it is literally faster to drive all the way to Salmon Creek, get food at that location, and drive back. The only reason this location is in business is because there is zero competition for it.

Ordered through the mobile app so my son could run in and grab the food when we got there. We waited over 30 mins and then I had to come in after just having surgery and was told there were too many orders in front of me which was not true as we watched about 10 cars be served through the drive through after we parked and the order had been placed. The young girl with dyed red/pink hair is rude every time and the “management” could care less about the lack of customer service and was just as bad. They refused to give me a refund when I asked and instead gave me a bag of cold food and a “free taco” coupon.

I frequent this location for lunch about once or twice a week. Not once has my order been correct. I even take it upon myself to put in my order at the kiosk so it's sure to be entered correctly. And of course because I'm pressed for time, I never have enough time or patience to make them correct it.And the counter help... what is with the attitude whenever someone needs help at the counter? People have to stand there forever trying to get someone's attention. When they do, the employee gives this annoyed look like a customer is an inconvenience.Ask for salsa packets and you're referred to the empty cans next to the soda machine. If you tell them they are empty, you get the same look like you're inconveniencing them.Just a warning. You'll get food. It probably won't be right. You'll annoy someone there.

The three items I ordered barley had any ingredients in them. I basically paid 12 dollars for taco and burrito shells with a little bit of salad.

Absolutely terrible service. I sat at the counter unacknowledged for a solid 5min listening to the three employees talk horribly about the drive thru customers. After being ignored I just ordered off of the touch screen. Waited 15min for my food got home to realize half of my order was missing. Call to let them know and was hung up on. I'll never be back.

THE WORST TACO BELL. Always, always out of something. In line now , and this time it's eggs. So can't get breakfast.

Just ate a crunch wrap supreme and it was half empty and made poorly, the staff was not friendly. The location was nice but lacked customer service and quality.
