This place has really went down hill in the last years. Went there this weekend and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes just waiting for the person to TAKE my order. THEN got to the window, no hi, didn't ask for my money to pay didn't even open the window to apologize for the wait. Then, SAT THERE for another 10 minutes waiting to even talk to someone. Drive thru forgot my child's chicken nuggets and only gave him a bag of fries. Couldn't go into the lobby because the doors were locked to address the issue, so we had to sit in the drive thru for another 10-15 minutes for his food. By the time we got his nuggets, my wife and I were able to eat our food.
