“Stopped in for the famous fried 1/2 chicken and it is delish! Took a while but worth the wait, it's a one person bar service. They have been there since the 1800s! Full bar, small and cozy place with a small pool table. Lots of locals here.Not a favorable place for the little ones. There is no disabled access.“

“I really enjoy the daily specials, both with their food and with their drinks. They’ve got pull tabs, pool tables, bar stool seating and table seating. Nothing real fancy but nothing real gross either. Clean enough. Not a dive bar, maybe a part time biker bar, but comfortable and great value if you use/like the specials. I can eat dinner twice a week, the Steak dinner and drink on Monday and the Spaghetti and a drink (as pictured) on Wednesday, spend only $35 total with tip for both nights.“

“I absolutely love the bartender Kimi.. She is a wonderful person and probably the only reason I come here as often as I do..Best bartender ever..I ordered the steak breakfast.. I gotta say, they had a substitute cook today and it's a "Tavern".. but everything was perfect, except the steak.. I ordered it medium and got it well done and tough.. I know it's not a steakhouse and it was a cheap cut of steak.. So it is what it is..I will try it again, when there is not a substitute cook.. Hopefully it's better next time..5 stars because of Kimi..“

“The decor is amazing and will definitely be back. My friend ordered the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans and that was delicious. I ordered the house salad with goat cheese and a vodka soda. My only constructive criticism is for my meal and drink. My salad was pretty plain for the price ($12+ $5 for a skewer of dry chicken) I brought it home and added croutons, more candied walnuts/ cranberries and a lot more dressing, it was quite dry. I did a toasted sesame dressing and man was it freaking good after I spruced it up, salads shouldn’t be boring because they’re a salad load that thing up! If it came like how I made it I would order it every single time it was so good. And the last thing is my vodka soda was more like a vodka water cause the soda was flat, I asked for it muddled and it wasn’t. But I will definitely be back to try more things and probably just order a burger and beer.“

“Went there for a lunch date. Really enjoyed the Shark Bites (beer battered cod & fries) for our appetizer. The batter was perfection and the tartar sauce with fries was a great pair too! Our main dishes came out 2 minutes after the appetizer. The cheese was melted to perfection, onions carmelized, and pretzel bun was top notch on the Pub Burger. Mama Mac's favorite, Shepherd's pie had really rich gravy & a perfect ratio of carrots/peas/spinach to beef. Overall atmosphere was a little boring. It was very busy for a weekday lunch rush. Server was kind, courteous, and as attentive as she could be with so many tables. Will definitely back to try the Reuben!Parking: Large parking lot behind the strip of shops & eateries. On-street parking limited.“
