Awful customer service, I’m typically patient and understanding at any food establishment, but when I’m treated like an inconvenience when I’m the only person in the building there’s no excuse.

The young indian man needs to be fired asap. He was talking with one of his friends on his cell phone when I came in and when he finally came to the front to help me (I was the only one in the store besides him) he put the phone on speaker phone and continued talking to them interrupting me multiple times while I was ordering to continue his phone call. I ended up walking out before he finished because he was so rude. Won’t be coming back

Pretty consistent with other reviews. Two working the line, the Indian gent was getting on my nerves. I woulda gone off on the guy but had my kids with me. He was rushing us, being very short, and shouting requests on your order. Talk about feeling welcomed and providing an inkling of customer service. Instead he just wants to be done with our order and get out of there AND THEY WEREN'T EVEN BUSY. Tip - try the other locations or use the app instead and order ahead and don't have to deal with that ****.

Worst subway sandwich I've had. Ordered an Italian BMT, bread was so chewy, my jaw was hurting and I was halfway into my sandwich, probably old. Also, they don't accept coupons... subway coupons are distributed in this neighborhood...

The person is not customer friendly at all. He couldnt speak loudly, he would care less what you ordered no interest in helping customers. Happend twice.

The staff here were very rude to me. I had to order 5 sandwiches and there was miscommunication but the person at the counter handled it poorly and made snarky remarks. I left and got it from a subway 1 mile away where I had a pleasant experience.
Location doesn't honor coupons. Coupons sold by local school fundraisers specifically name this location by address for buy one get one free. These are not generic coupons but ones specifically for this location. After I placed my order they individuals working there told me the coupon wouldn't be honored. I showed them the address on the coupon and they said that the owner refused to take any coupons even ones with this address on it. As a customer who paid for the coupon book this is bait and switch, I feel misled.

Very customer unfriendly. I have been there couple of time and both the time I had bad experience. They messed up my order - did not toast properly and did not provide the right toppings. The employee was very customer unfriendly and was trying to hurry up and he messed up our orders.

They don't take any coupons. Not even the official Subway coupons that the company is sending to Sammamish residents. The Subway in Issaquah, next to 24 Hour Fitness near Fred Meyer in Issaquah takes all coupons and is just 5 minutes away.
