Today I ordered my drinks on clover to be picked up in the store. My nephew came to pick them up and they didn’t get my order and didn’t know how I ordered. Interesting that they would provide a service and not know how it works? Either way, we got our drinks and they were alright. We got the Thai, classic, and a lemonade and I felt like it was over priced for the smaller drinks compared to other bubble tea places. Not only that but not as flavorful either. I don’t understand why choosing a type of cup makes a price difference if I feel like I’m getting less drink too. My favorite bubble tea place is shared tea. So that what I’m comparing it to.

Dinner tonight was such a disappointment what could have been good was definitely not. No attention to detail and ok service at best. If you like American version of pho then this is your place, meaning blah and non descript. I ordered the combo pho and two of the main ingredients were completely missing. On top of that the prices are sky high compared to a Vietnamese restaurant actually serving pho. I suppose that would be ok if they actually did a good job with what they were doing but they don't . My advice is go to another restaurant and save your hard earned dollars.

Definitely not a juice bar.

I loved the tea at this place. I didn’t really order boba but the flavors were delicious. I would recommend and will definitely be back soon.

Terrible tea. No flavors. Overpriced. Just a bunch of ice and jasmine tea when I ordered a mango milk tea with less ice and coconut milk sub. Do not waste your money!

Delicious tea. I got a jasmine milk tea with crystal boba and optioned for the soda can because I couldn't help myself (which was well worth it). It was very creamy and one of the best jasmine milk teas I've had in the pnw. This place is a must go to!

Very clean environment. For Tra Tea, there is a self-order kiosk inside the restaurant Papaya. Ice and sugar levels are available for customization. We ordered the matcha latte; it was quite sweet even at 25% but it was decent. The packaging is unique and aesthetic.

Like the Bellevue location, it offers very solid boba - chewy pearls, good tea flavor, interesting looking cups. The drinks are on the sweeter side, even with 50% sugar. Ended up going home and putting more milk in it

The Sammamish location is sadly not as good as those in Renton and Bellevue. This location is very stingy with toppings and there have been times--twice--when they did not know about our orders placed through Clover so we had to wait longer. We've tried this several times already but have been going elsewhere since.

Staff was rude, tea was disgusting. Ordered strawberry and did not like it. Took it back to try a different, charged me full price for another and it was just as gross. Guy behind the counter was not helpful at all and was trying to rush us from the moment we walked in (even though we were the only ones there!). Super disappointed. Avoid at all costs. I wish I had.

We came by for bubble tea and I couldn't resist the robot bottle. I bought one with my classic milk tea and now use it as a planter. All 4 drinks we tried, strawberry whip with almond milk, strawberry slushy, taro milk tea and the classic milk tea (each with 1 topping), were all good. It was a bit over $34 with tip which is quite pricey for bubble tea.

We were at Bellevue Square and wanted a bubble tea and the place in the mall was packed. I checked Yelp and saw that Tra was nearby. My kids saw that they sold robot shaped bottles - so that made it worth the two block walk. We arrived and no line ups. Ended up trying a couple flavours and they were all good. My son with his robot bottle (which is sort of too small to fit much) and some nice reusable glass bottles that come with a neoprene carry bag. Worth going back, especially since we have the reusable bottles now.

AVOID THIS PLACE and go straight to Bellevue. I did a pick-up order and once I got into the place, I noticed that there was only 1 customer at a table and 1 person working at the register. Now, this person working at the register had NO mask (mind you the mask mandate hasn't ended) and I also noticed someone in the back who was preparing food was also NOT masked. I walk straight to the counter and say hello to the man. His back is turned towards me as he's working on his register (again, no customers before me). I say hello and excuse me again and still NO response. Then I say excuse me one more time and he looks back at me, puts his finger up in the air and turns back to push buttons on his screen. He finally comes towards me and asks what I want. I ask him to give me my bag of drinks that was waiting on the back counter. I leave quickly afterwards. Wow. I really wanted to like this place because it is closer than the Bellevue location. But I would rather take a freeway and drive 10 extra minutes to Bellevue to get my drinks because the customer service at Bellevue is top notch and the drinks are better. As the other reviewer mentioned, the drinks here are really sweet. So you should ease on the sugar % because normal is sickly sweet. Finally, the parking at this place is awful. The parking spots are small and the lot is challenging to maneuver around. I usually would rate a place after considering customer service, quality of food, and environment. As the drinks here are not any better than the ones you can find at the mall or anywhere else and the customer service is just awful, I've rated it 1 star. If there's another tea place closer to your place, go there. If you really want to try Tra tea, then go to Bellevue.

Never been to any other Tra Tea spots before so I wanted to try out this spot that just recently opened. I drove to the place thinking it was a stand alone shop, but after looking for a minute I realized that it was in the Papaya Vietnamese restaurant. The interior was very spacious and clean. I waited for about 3 minutes until someone came out to take my order. I ordered only the Hong Kong milk tea without any changes. I should've requested a lower percentage in sweetness. I thought the ratio was a bit more more milk than tea but it was still pretty good. I'll be back!
