Really good! I just ordered takeout and the broth is sublime. I ordered the brisket pho and meat was tender and flavorful. Serving size is really nice, and they don't skimp on the protein. I struggled to NOT get meat with each go. I will definitely be going here again!Vegetarian options: You can easily customize your order. Vegan broth available. Gluten Free and vegan options available. It's pho you decide what you want in it!Dietary restrictions: Numerous gluten free, or vegetarian options. Easy to customize orders even when ordering onlineParking: Plenty of parking

The staff needs more training. I missed to tip them on my first order via phone and I made it up at the 2nd order. While I picked up my first order, the staff was calling my name for like 5 times so loud and rude. OMG, they didn’t even offered any service yet! This is very sad.

Ordered brisket pho today; the brisket is chewy not as good as beforeWorst part and most surprising is they now charged $0.72 Operating fee and $0.25 fir bag fee, as I noticed the total cost $1 more than usual.Price also went up to $15 for pho and $9 for summer roll. For this price, I won't be back and go to Papaya up the street instead

Prices are high, portions are not up to pho standards, broth is lacking flavor, very Americanized. Would not recommend. Support mom and pop spots.

My boyfriend and I came here because I’ve noticed this is a really popular place. The first thing we noticed was that the prices were astronomical. We even took off the eggrolls because our total was over $70 for two bowls of regular pho and and appetizer. We got it down to $50 (not including tip though, which we added even though we self ordered at a kiosk and had zero interaction with any employee) but that was still a wild price. Then we got the food and it was a small bowlof pho compared to traditionalPho (no sizes availible to choose from). The meat was flavorless and the broth was forgetful. No tripe or tendon options availible either. They also only use disposable dishes and it feels really wasteful. No soup spoons either.Overall, I wouldn’t come back. The price does not match the product. Feels like a hipster, gentrified version of pho.

Food is delicious as usual. It is still counter service and you order from phone app or kiosk. The grunge/rock music is not my thing, but hey, why not? Since last visit they have added sodas on tap. Might try next time I am here.Vegetarian options: Almost all meals can be made vegetarian. So wide variety of options. The vegetarian Banh MI sandwich is quite delicious.

The only dishes worth getting here that I've tried are any options with the lemongrass chicken/pork/etc, so that it actually has flavor (vermicelli, bahn mi, salad, etc). The pho is also decent.Would not recommend the fried rice (super bland and mostly just white rice), spring rolls are okay, but have no crunchy pieces in them, and the peanut sauce is strangely watered down/runny. The green milk tea w/boba was also disappointingly flavorless. For the price, definitely not worth it compared to any other asian-style food in the area.Lots of seating available. Minimal customer service interaction with self-checkout, which could be a pro or con, depends on your preferences.

I've ordered takeout twice from this spot. The first time I ordered the shrimp bahn mi and the second time meatball pho. Both times the food was really good! Definitely top of my list when I'm in this area.

I will never know if food is good or not, because walked in and 3 min later walked out. The cashier person was so rude and unpleasant, that I lost my appetite. Any of the questions I asked about the food was met with eye roll and a finger pointing to the menu. No food is worth this kind of treatment.

Great location and food! I love how they are always playing upbeat music and there is always a happy mood. The service is quick and the pho is always nice and hot.
