The item in question is the 'Chicken Tenders.' They were delicious, and the garlic fries were a pleasant surprise. The fries had an unexpected flavor reminiscent of Korean dried seaweed, complemented by seasoned garlic bits. While the price may appear high for this dish, I can assure you that, in my opinion, the quality of the ingredients was excellent.

This is one of our "go to" places at SeaTac that is near terminal D. Has sit down dining. Pub food and drinks-- some vegetarian options. We have always had decent luck with service and the food is good. Nothing fancy, but consistent. It is, as you might imagine being in the airport, ridiculously overpriced. Pub-like ambiance.

Came here to kill some time before a red-eye. Drinks and food were ridiculously priced as to be expected and subpar quality, also to be expected. My buddy got a margarita and had to get his sodium levels checked afterward. My buddy's girl tried to get a drink with a vertical ID and they acted like she was the antichrist.

No Service. I mean "NO" service. Guy came by and brought water. Came back later after being flagged to get a water refill. Another guy brought the food that we had we ordered through the app. No assistance whatsoever with ordering. Food was average/ poor airport grade, so edible, not up to the huge bill. The check came stuffed with a 20% tip.FOR WHAT!!?? Tipping is for good service.Beware

Plenty of open tables and waitresses tried to tell me to move. Let the other staff know and they blew me off. Understood that this is an airport location and my business is not important to them. Nor did they bother to ask if I needed the extra space. As a disabled veteran I shouldn’t have to advertise my disability to not be treated poorly. And signs everywhere saying seat yourself (I guess not really though right?)

I reviewed the menu & saw an image of the sandwich, which was a beef & grilled chicken sandwich. What I actually got was literally half the portion that was posted on their menu. You’re better off eating the chicken sandwich, which my travel mate said was pretty tasty. Other than the server coming to deliver our food, he did not come back to ask if we needed anything. I had to walk up to the bar for a refill of my soda.To place your initial order, you scan a QR code, order your items & tip BEFOREHAND, which is super tacky IMO.In summary, the burger looked good & the chicken sandwich looked good, but don’t be waste $18 on the beef & cheese sandwich I posted here. Don’t be shy to ask for refills by walking up to the bar.

Several strikes against this place. First, I ordered fish & chips and a beer. Just under forty dollars, not including tip. Even for airport prices, this is high. Second, the portion was tiny. I'm five-seven and a hundred sixty five pounds. I would call this about a third, maybe half of a full meal. Both the 'fish' and the 'chips' portions were small, which is extra frustrating. If you're going to skimp on the fish, at least make up for it on the cheap chips. Third, the flavour was lacking. Nothing was 'bad' by any stretch, but bland and lacking inspiration. Jokes about white-people food should be inserted here. Fourth, you can't really order from the server, you are rail-roaded into ordering from the app. You are not a customer, you are a unit that orders unit-sustenance from the unit-phone. Tips and everything are expected while ordering from the app, before the service, not after. Fifth, the server was fantastic. Unfortunately, they were the only roving server (with someone else behind the bar) for an almost full restaurant. The server did their absolute best to keep up with the rush, but this place really could have used a few extra servers. In summary, you can do better elsewhere at a restaurant that serves better food in better portions and respects the customer and the staff.

Ordered food here during a layover in airport. When we walked in we were not greeted but told to go sit in patio area. We ordered our water and soft drinks quickly. After ordering our food,it was about a 10 minute wait. The chicken tenders were ok...it was a really good sized portion but taste wise, kind of overly hard and more breading than chicken. The burgers were ok, but be advised they come with chips, fries are an upcharge. The fries were delish by the way! Crisp and soft and served with Parm cheese. They do not have a kids menu. There was an issue when it was time to pay with our meal vouchers. With that said, there are lots of places to choose in the airport.

We stopped in 3/11 around 8 pm for dinner and sat ourselves at table 9. This is the kind of place where you scan a bar code to order at your table and pay your bill and gratuity when placing the order. I tipped the standard 20% for two burgers and two drinks which arrived shortly after. I worked in food service for 15 years, and have serious concerns about the quality of service we received. What's worse, there appears to be no way to privately share this feedback with management.I received a text with a link to an online receipt after placing the order. There is a small 'Got feedback?' link at the bottom, which redirects to an empty page. There is no contact information provided on the menu or anywhere else on the website. I attempted to speak to someone in person while at the restaurant and was treated poorly by our server. It seems there is no other way to submit feedback than publicly through this Google review. When our food came to the table, I made a comment to the woman that delivered it that I thought the burgers came with fries. She replied that they come with chips and walked off. I spent the next 20 minutes trying to order a side of fries. I scanned the barcode at the table and couldn't find a 'sides' section of the menu. There was an appetizer of 'truffle fries', but no side of plain fries. I waited for the server to come by the table to check how our food was so I could try placing the order that way, but after several minutes no one checked back. The woman and bartender both bused tables next to us and dropped off drinks to other customers, but we could not get their attention. By this point my partner was almost done with his burger and it was clear we were being ignored, so I went up to the bar. I spoke with a third staff member and asked how I could order a side of fries, and explained that I had unsuccessfully tried doing it through the website and by trying to get the server's attention. He gestured towards Brian, said that it was his section, and told me to go back to my table and wait. Brian soon came over and was immediately confrontational. Apparently it was my fault for not reading the menu correctly, and he proceeded to chastise me in front of my partner.I tried to explain that at this point, I didn't care about the fries, but was more concerned about the quality of service we were receiving. I shared the details of my experience, and he was irritated and clearly didn't care. It's worth pointing out that there were three staff members taking care of the very small front of house which was less than half full at the time. They all seemed to be in a bad mood.We would have stayed and ordered another round of drinks if we weren't treated so poorly. As mentioned earlier, I worked in restaurants for 15 years and this is not how you handle customer service. Staff should check back within two minutes after dropping off the food. If there is a problem they can't make right, they should get a manager. In this case, the online menu is confusing, and I needed help to place an order for a side of fries. This could have easily been handled when the food was delivered had she asked if we needed anything instead of walking off. Did I read the menu incorrectly? Probably. Did my sever need to point that out to deflect blame for the poor service that followed? Definitely not. There should also be a clear pathway for communicating these concerns to management. Having to detail all this in a Google review and hope someone reads it is ridiculous. One last comment, it used to be that tipping after a meal was a way to reward good service. At this place, they force you to do it up front, and then the staff does the bare minimum. I will never be back here, and I will try to avoid any other locations owned by this establishment. I sincerely hope that management is able to receive this feedback, retrain their staff, and fix the broken feedback link on their e-receipt.

Pleasantly surprised by the chicken tenders and fries! The portion was larger than I expected. Of course the prices are a bit outrageous (aren’t most airport dining spots?), but this felt worth the money for the convenience of a nice warm meal during a layover.

The food is the best in the airport. The manager and servers went the extra mile to make sure we felt welcomed and well fed. Best bacon and breakfast ever.
