“Lovely kiosk tucked away on your way down to D21-D26! They have a plethora of teas, boba and coffee. I have been missing Calamansi after visiting the Philippines so I was thrilled to see they had calamansi iced tea at Neighborhoods. Bacon croissant was really good too! They kept the croissants in a heated container in the front so it was super quick to get food/drinks before heading to my gate.“

“pro: grill pork rice the grill pork was soft not so dry like other places. the egg was ok. the soy sauce was excellent. the salad ok. avocado smoothie not too sweet was good the grill pork sandwich is nice but not as good as the rice. I didn't like the combination sandwich. the bread itself was nice not too dry and the meats were a lot but i just didn't like what meats were used. overall if im in the area ill be stopping by. I think they are a nice little sandwich made fresh. it is just i seem to only like very few thing on the menu. recently their price changed since I last visit a year ago. but i don't really mind since i know they use a lot of meats in their sandwich.“

“3 main things people look for: 1. Customer service: I was greeted with a very warm welcome from the owner. I was also taught a few things & given great advice on tea! 2. Product: Fresh tea!!!! Weighted tea is not only the most beneficial form of tea, but the overall freshness of the outsourced tea speaks for itself. 3. Cleanliness & Ambiance: Very clean & organized. The atmosphere is very purposeful. Makes you want to do a tea tasting to fully immerse yourself in the experience being there. No other tea room has customer service & products as need based as Serenity Moon Tea. You can't call yourself a tea person if this is not a regular destination when you're in the area.“

“This is a takeout / dine-out only spot in a commercial kitchen. The ordering process is admittedly a bit weird (QR code outside building to order on website then call to notify business or ring doorbell from inside in very, very small and often crowded waiting area) but was very quick for a pretty busy evening. The person that helped me was very kind and patient with me as it was my first time. I waited less than 5 minutes.The peach milk tea is, frankly, amazing. I should not have ordered a medium, though; their sizes are very generous! (The prices reflect this, too. I would definitely get a small next time).Very happy to live so close to Tabtea and excited to be a regular customer!“

“I ordered four drinks: Matcha blended with pearls, Nutella Puff Cream Milk Tea with pearls, Strawberry Lemonade and Peach Kiwi Lemon Tea with green tea. I'm a big fan of Matcha and this drink was perfect on the ratio of milk to matcha. The Nutella Milk Tea was creamy and nutty. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing. I'm not a big fan of peach flavor but the kiwi in the Peach Kiwi tea was delicious. Drinks were reasonably priced. I highly recommend trying this place out!“

“This place is so pretty inside and perfect for a quick date with many delicious drinks to choose from. My favorite is the taro coconut smoothie with salted crema to satisfy my Hawaiian roots. We come here at least twice a week with my crew to make everyone feel treated like royalty.“

“This is by far my favorite pho restaurant in Auburn, it might even be my favorite restaurant, period, in Auburn. The friendly staff and casual atmosphere left me feeling all warm and fuzzy. I wish every restaurant experience could be this way. I felt almost like I was having dinner at a friends house. The owner dropped by our table to check on how we liked the food and she was both courteous and friendly. She answered all my questions about their bubble tea, and then I ended up getting some to go (guava with jelly) along with a second order of lumpia (which is decidedly not Vietnamese, but delicious anyhow). The restaurant is clean and it seems like the staff are keeping up on all the Covid-related cleaning, sanitizing, and social distancing practices. It’s so nice to have found a place in Auburn that feels homey and serves such flavorful food. If you are looking for a great place to get lunch or a fun date night, or even a place to take the whole family, look not further, this is your spot. You might even see me there, quietly slurping and being happily content, if only for the duration of my bowl.“

“This Bobalust Tea House location is actually pretty close to home and its always popping! Sometimes customers are spilling out of the store because the location is a bit smaller than Kirkland. Overall, customer service is pretty good. I asked a few questions and I ended up getting a Green Thai Tea & the OG milk tea with 0% sweetness. If you are unsure about the the sweetness level you can always ask for a sample, they are usually able to provide that as long as they are not super busy. 0% sweetness was actually just right for the OG Milk tea, so I'm glad I was able to try it out first! We got regular ice level and with boba and the drink was good! Boba was excellent consistency, more on the chewy side, but not hard in the middle or anything. I would say the tea doesn't have a super strong tea flavor, its a little more on milky side, but still really good. I personally like my boba tea with a stronger tea flavor, but I do enjoy to change it up every once in a while.I do wish they had the small cubes of chewable, slushee ice inside their drinks. I noticed that the Kirkland location does this and its a bit more fun to drink and I like being able to sip up ice with the straw as you get to the bottom of your drink.They have lots of different drink options, great for all boba lovers. I think next time I'll have to try the pure tea options for a less milky / heavy drink. Good thing they are close to us, so plenty of opportunity to get more boba at Bobalust!“

“Ordered via DoorDash . Every time I shop at Lowe's and I'm in the area I've always wanted to try this place. This time I saw on DoorDash. Delivery was fast. The chicken egg rolls were still piping hot and fresh my husband loved it. The bang mi was fresh and tasty. Only problem was the beef was not easy to chew. Next time I'll try the pork bahn mi. I normally order milk tea from other tea places, but decided to try the mango frappe with Maho jelly. Pretty good! I'll have to try the milk tea with boba next time to see if they match my fave other tea places. So although not near my home, I'd order from this place again.“

“We decided to satisfy our sweet tooth at Tea Cup after having lunch nearby. Located in a small strip mall right up the street from the waterfront, parking was plentiful, and the owner warmly greeted us as we walked in, and was friendly and playful in all our interactions. We got a fresh taro drink as well as a Vietnamese coffee drink, both smoothie style with tapioca pearls, and both drinks were delicious even at 50% sweetness. What a great place to hang out in the neighborhood! I will visit them again when I'm in the area.“

“TRA is one of my favorite places to get boba. I'm there w/my lil puppy at least once a week with friends to catch up and expose my puppy to different people/environments and see his friends!Staff at TRA are super friendly and communicative. They promote a cool atmosphere and have some cool choices in music.There's not much seating, it does seem like a place where they want you to pick up and mosey out, with one lil bench to sit and wait for drinks to come outs. Is another bench or two for larger groups that may want to linger inside in the cold and not keep others from sitting while waiting a future?Anyway - TRA is great. I don't plan on modifying my order anytime soon and I can only get it at TRA. :)Parking: If you park at the nearby park you can get a drink and walk along the water! :) No dogs allowed at the park tho (bummer).Otherwise - free street parking is pretty limited.There is a paid garage down the street on the left which has a nice license plate registration system so once you get setup you don't have to fuss with parking apps etc. Not free tho, so look for free options at the park or on the street :)“

“I picked up a half pound of roast pork and was pleasantly surprised at how meaty and delicious the pieces were, something I've never gotten from the bbq places in the ID (most are at least 70% fat, if not 90%).I've had the roast duck banh mi and the pork/egg/avocado banh mi too, and both were great.“

“I've been coming here about once a week for the last year and a half because they're so close to my house. I order for at least 4 people and they have never messed up my order. The food is good. My son loves the ramen. My younger twins like their burgers& fries. I'm a big fan of the Bánh mì but I've had several different items on their menu and haven't been disappointed with any of them. The atmosphere ensures I will keep coming back. The owner is always kind and I appreciate seeing and feeling everyone getting treated with the same warmth. I def recommend this place to anyone.Vegetarian options: They offer many of their dishes with the options tofu or veggie .“

“Pricing are very nice- it's hard to find a place with $4 flavored coffee or less than $7 banh mi! They only have 3 small tables to sit in inside but it's cool you can order drive through too! Will be great to come with my kids to grab the drive through Got the Vietnamese coffee, it was good. The banh mi is warm and soft with a crispy outside. The flavor wasn't amazing but was good for the price and convenience of the location“

“This is my go to boba place when I lived in the Bay Area. I’m so happy that they opened a branch in the Seattle area and everything tastes just as good. Their popcorn chicken is the best!! Juicy, crunchy, lots of flavor! It’s a must-try. Their other snacks are delicious as well. I’m also a fan of their rose milk tea and strawberry milk tea. It’s definitely a solid place to get boba and snacks. Not to mention the excellent customer service! Only thing I would suggest is to add more colorful and fun decor to the white walls. I remember the Bay Area branch having plants and posters for decor which gave the place a happier and more lively feel. Regardless, I will be back soon!Kid-friendliness: Saw many kids there. “Passed my expectations for their price bar. My service was appropriate for a walk up stand. I tried several flavors and was surprised by a few. I changed my mind a few times. The straw taro was so good I couldn't turn it down. I really like their interior design even if it is small. I feel like I'm ordering from a clean, fun, and professional establishment. They have a simple menu that is average in size. I kind of wish there was more options but I'm happy with what I got. Oh yea and they are located inside the mall so you can assume you'll have to venture to find this place after parking. Unless you already know the mall well.“

“One of the things I appreciate about this place is they get the order right every time. Roasted milk tea: No sugar, medium ice, with boba. I also like how I'm not waiting an eternity for a single order. Maybe I've been lucky but i'm not waiting too long whenever I'm here and it's usually quiet inside. I highly recommend pairing your drink with their mochi donuts, they've got a good selection. I ended up getting a couple of visually appealing dochis; one with fruity pebbles toppings and one with chunks of chocolate. I'll be hitting this place up the next time I'm looking for some decent boba.“
