This company was involved in a program with the Seattle YMCA to offer apprenticeship to at risk/poor youth in the Seattle, after several weeks of pre employment training at the YMCA, they offered positions to a few there, then they never followed up and literally at the very last minute pulled out of the program leaving those they were supposed to bring on with no job.
