Waited to be seated for 10 minutes. When finally acknowledged, we were greeted with an attitude. Drink order was taken in a timely fashion. Food order was taken in a timely fashion, however it took almost 30 minutes to receive our order. When received, the English muffin I ordered with my meal were cold in the middle. When drink refills arrived, I was given a regular Coke when I had ordered a Diet prior.

I went here with a group of people, there were 11 of us on a retreat. The waitress was very rude and everytime we requested something she would sigh and have an attitude about it as she walked away. My shake came and the consistency was watery, I let her know and she took it to remake it. 2 other people's shakes were watery. One of the ladies chicken strips were burnt and couldn't be eaten. Another girl's food was so salty it burned her mouth. When we told the waitress about the chicken strip she walked off, slanted her head and flipped us off from behind with both fingers in the air. When we got our bill she charged for an extra shake and also put 4 more drinks on our ticket. When we asked her about it she said we'll she sent it back to be remade! Ummm...... And then after arguing with her finally another waitress came in to help and had called the manager and made the waitress who flipped us off and caused a bunch of ruckus talk to em which she sat there arguing on the phone with em. Omg. They comped our meals, lowering it to half the cost which was nice. But the staff there sucks!!.

Seated quickly but waited 10 minutes for waitress to acknowledge us. When she finally did we told her we both wanted the country fried steak and eggs with a water. She walks off and comes back 5 minutes later with the water. 20 minutes after that she brings out the food and silverware. No napkins. Not all of our food was there. She said she would bring the rest out.That was the last time we seen her.We ate our eggs and some of the hashbrowns and went to eat the country Steaks and we both cut them open and they were raw inside. So I told my friend let's go. I walked up to the manager and told her about the raw food and horrible service. She said sorry and that's it. I told her I'm not paying for the meal because we couldn't eat it she said ok. So we walked out.
