If you have a layover at SeaTac and don't want to eat airport food, I highly recommend stopping in! Staff was super friendly, the place was quiet with plenty of seating, had a spacious clean restroom, and the food was fantastic! I had the garlic butter shrimp. Best Mac salad I've had in a long time, and the shrimp were absolutely delicious. Is this a fast food chain? Yes, but it's a far cry from the usual suspects. You can expect tasty food served quickly, and it'll remind you of homemade, NOT frozen stuff thrown in a fryer.It was an easy 10 walk from baggage claim, and the prices were FAR better than the airport. If you have some time to spend, stop in and have some good lunch!Kid-friendliness: If you want to expand your kid's taste buds a bit, give them a try! For big kids, they make smaller portions of almost all the main entrees.

I paid for a meal through the mobile app. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. The cooks were there and didn't answer the door or acknowledge I was there for nearly 20 minutes while I waited outside in the cold. When one person finally answered me by typing on their phone through a window, they said there was no cashier and they couldn't help. I want my money refunded at a minimum. Not much aloha spirit there.Update: they called me back and let me know they never "accepted the order on my app" and a lukewarm apology for what happened. After staying outside for a half hour, I would have hoped for better. I went there a lot coming home from trips. Not going there again.

I love L&L, but this location near Seatac airport was not open on time. Online and on their door sign it states they open at 10:30 am every day. I came to the entrance at 10:30 & I saw kitchen staff but they did not open the doors. I called no answer. I decided to wait until 11am. I saw a staff in the kitchen, I knocked on the door and he ignored me. I left at 11:11. Now I'm at the Jack in the box & then driving 2 hours home with out my L&L Hawaiian food. Sad.

Great food great service and great people! If you are looking for a good place to eat right before heading to the airport or staying at a hotel nearby this place has you covered. Healthy portion sizes will leave your belly full! Good flavor and helpful staff! I highly recommend stoping by if you are in the neighborhood!
We were staying across the street at the double tree. We walked over for some breakfast. This nice little place is a stop you will want to try out. Staff is very friendly. We ordered Loco Moco and something trio( sushi wrap with spam) the proportions were bigger than expected. Walking out of here stuffed and with leftovers.

The nice man who took our order was awesome! He made sure to answer our questions, and even made sure we had been stocked on everything, napkins, extra sauce, utensils. The food is phenomenal. The bbq sauce is sweet and deep, probably one of the best bbq sauces I have ever had. My chicken was juicy and flavorful, the beef was tender and melt in your mouth. The musubis!!! And the lumpia are all so delicious, I have never had a katsu musubi but I am oh so glad I tried one. This place is awesome, keep it up guys, I will be coming back!!!

As a Hawaii native, I’ve heard horror stories about mainland L&L locations so I was a bit apprehensive. However, having just spent 2 weeks in Europe, I needed some rice. I got a mini chicken katsu curry and it was delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly (including the rice), portion size was giant as usual, and the price was good.
