This was our dinner stop during a layover at the Seattle airport. Great fish and chips and really loved the coleslaw. Lots of food for the price and if you have a sweet tooth the custard filled sweet mini waffle fish are delicious!
Pleasantly surprised, I got the fish breakfast sandwich and I’m glad I wasn’t afraid to eat fish for breakfast because this fish shack knows that fresh fish makes the difference. You can watch them make their waffle walleyes right in front of your eyes, …so waiting for your food is mildly entertaining. All of this is at an airport!Awesome airport food Seattle, you know what you are famous for, fish/seafood ?

Best airport food I've ever had. The crunch of the breading is great and the fish is hot, flaky and juicy. The Sriracha cocktail sauce is best, although the tartar sauce is also good.
