Really good. Authentic Mexican taqueria. The one thing they lack is that little fresh bar where they got all the Mexican condiments and sauces. Ideally that is part of the experience. They had a lot of good meats really well prepared and in good proportion. I really enjoyed my meal here and plan to come back. Price was about what I would have expected. I would say you get better food for about the same price you pay at a national Mexican fast food chain.

You can order online for pick up till 9:15 but good luck getting your food if you’re a pedestrian after 8pm. I was blatantly ignored in the drive thru and almost got run over waiting at the order sign, thats when I gave up and plastered my phone with the order confirmation screen up to the glass at the window and someone finally agreed to give me my food. I love aceitunos and live very near by but this left an exceedingly bad taste in my mouth as someone who does not drive.

The young gentlemen who work here are consistently polite and friendly. They communicate well through the drive-thru speaker, and have extremely good manners, which is a lost art in today’s service industry. They always offer additional add-ons such as chips, which I decline, but I respect their efforts! These employees go above and beyond what is expected in the service industry. Keep up the great work! I enjoy their rolled tacos and have them on a somewhat regular basis. On my last visit the person at the register was new and didn't enter my order correct so needed help fixing it. One item was missing when picking it up at the counter. Generally the service is adequate and their food is good. A better choice for fast Mexican food.

I just left this place in lake city today January 9th . 650pm . I came 3 times to get my order right . I called and I asked for 2 carne azadas plate . I show up they give me like meat tacos and rice and beans. And tortillas on the side . I came back after I was home and I said I need 2 carne azadas plate, ? The guy in the register said no money back period. I said can I speak with you mgr. she comes and after I paid $52 dollars she charge me more $8 dollars and some cents? Why plus she said well that’s on special what? When I ask for specials. I asked for 2 carne azadas from the beginning. So my meal for 2 carne azadas total of $ 60 plus really. Where is the customer service at? I come 3 times to get my order right . Never coming back .

Ordered full order of chips and salsa, 5 rolled beef tacos and 2 adobada mulitas. I've been to their store in kirkland and had only great experiences. When I got home I opened my bag and had a very small, half filled tin of chips, no salsa. 3 of the rolled tacos had unmelted, cold cheese on them with 2 other tacos just on top, no cheese and all the tacos are barely warm. Mulitas were OK. I had also asked for extra red and green sauces and only received 1 of each. Extremely disappointed in this storeWon't be coming back again. I'll stick to their kirkland store if I'm ever over that way.
