This ramen is phenomenal. My personal favorite is the spicy miso. The service is solid. The ambiance is fine, it's a smaller spot, not super nice but the delicious food makes it worth the trip anyways.

Amazing food, very quick service. Broth is very rich and flavorful. They did unfortunately get my order wrong and gave me ground beef instead of chasu pork but was still delicious

We ordered the garlic honey karage, some sort of squid balls that tasted like potato and cabbage more than seafood, one spicy miso Ramen and one large chicken curry rice plate. Out the door it was over $55. The restaurant is small, but adequate. Server was friendly. The food and portions were average. The spicy miso Ramen came with small pieces of chaisu pork, barely distinguishable as meat, more like leftover trimmings and was very salty. I would recommend ordering the regular miso Ramen that comes with a slice of pork and ask for the spicy condiment on the side if you still want a spicy noodle dis and not feel ripped off. The chicken curry looked really unappetizing. It had ground chicken that didn't really taste like poultry. Think cat food. The flavor of the curry was mild, nothing special. The chicken karage was fried hard and I cut my gums on the first bite and they too were very salty. Within the hour I couldn't stop drinking water and ended up having a raging headache. We ate everything as the lunch was not inexpensive. Overall it was good to try it out but we will continue to search for other dining options in the area.

ordered takeout last night, was a little bamboozled by the fried vegan chicken. Thought it would be more like karaage but it was rounded pucks. little bit weird. the ramen was filling and average. although, for everything $50 is overpriced for takeout.Vegetarian options: we ordered the creamy veggie ramen and it was good, but not amazing.

Best ramen I've had in Seattle

Absolutely amazing ramen. I just wish they were more flexible with their ingredients. I wish places let customers know when they only serve pork at a choice of meat. So many ramen spots offer alternative meat options such as chicken or beef. Long story short, my food was amazing, but my stomach often disagrees with pork and this day was not an exception. The inside is small, not uncommon for a ramen bar. I enjoyed the simple and traditional decor. As with many ramen spots in the area, it's Iioe they make sure they make it unique. Even though many of the ingredients are the same, every place and dish and flavor has been unique. I cant remember the flavor I had last time, but it was rich enough to save the second half for later. I the all the noodles and used the remaining broth for a left over surprise. It worked out amazing. lol. Full of flavor and unique. Probably a lot of egg. I don't know if I'll be back due to only having pork options. Not their fault. Doesn't make their food any less. I will however recommend this location to everyone else that can eat pork just fine. I wasn't exactly too thrilled with my service either, but it's on par with the average noodle bar.

We were seated quickly. Once you order your food it's out within five minutes. Everything was so delicious. First place I've seen have Takoyaki.

I'm no ramen expert, but Arashi is so freaking good! They've been in business a long time, and even though it's pretty much no frills, the service is great and the ramen is just fantastic! It can be hard for me to remember that salty instant ramen isn't what's authentic because, well, salt is delicious - but skip the sodium and enjoy truly flavorful ramen here!

Fabulous service and very good ramen. It looks like a little hole in the wall but it was busy which tells me the food is excellent. I wasn't wrong.

Arashi you just became my top ramen spot in Seattle! Great tasting ramen and amazing service. Will keep coming back whenever I visit!

The service was ok. The veggie ramen was not. The tofu was just raw. It should have been seasoned and pan seared. The noodles were nice, but the broth was lukewarm at best. It also lacked crunch and could have used fried onions battered in peanut butter powder. My beer was not very cold either. I'm bummed, out $32, and stuffed but unsatisfied. I liked the ambience, sans the emo music. I'm guessing the non-veggie ramen is better and hopefully warmer.

Came on a cold rainy afternoon and it was exactly what we wanted. Tasty flavorful broth, delicious noodles, the fried chicken appetizer was a treat. Cooked perfectly

Arashi is one of the best ramen places in Seattle. I went here for the first time last weekend, and everything was delicious. We got Gyozas, Honey Garlic Karaage, Black Garlic Ramen, and Spicy TanTan Ramen. The gyozas were the best I have had; they were perfect and crispy. The honey garlic karaage was a little fatty, but they were good, and I would order again. The ramen was the best part of the meal, as there was so much flavor. The service was not excellent, but it was good, and they served us fast and were always helping us out. The ambiance is a small restaurant with the table close. It's very similar to other ramen places.

We came here for a late lunch on Saturday since we were in the area and it was our first time here. Arashi's is definitely my new favorite ramen spot in Washington! For appetizers, we ordered the honey garlic karaage and the gyoza. The karaage was okay to me, I only took a bite because it was too fatty for my liking but my boyfriend enjoyed it. I loved the gyoza - it was delicious and I would order this again. For ramen, we ordered the spicy tantan men and black garlic ramen. My black garlic ramen was incredible - the broth was so rich and flavorful. Highly recommend trying this out, I'm already looking forward to getting it again the next time I'm here! The service was good. There were only two people working - one server and one busser/food runner and they were both nice. Our food came out very quickly which is always a plus. The ambiance is casual and cozy. The seating is very limited with only a few tables and then a small section of bar seating.
