Tonight was the first time I have tried this spot. I am from out of town so finding a good place is a challenge when you have to rely on the online reviews, I saw some negative reviews of this place but I wonder if they are confusing this sushi restaurant with the one two blocks away on the same street. The food was delicious and the sushi was awesome. I am a snob when it comes to Sushi so when I'm saying it was really good I'm not just saying it to be nice. The service was good, we got a new waitress who was working her third day on the job, I tend to go easy on new people. Instead of criticism I want to share what she did well for it being only her third day. She was very friendly and instead of pretending to know things she would take the time to go ask so she wouldn't be giving incorrect information. If there is one pointer I would give her it would be to come by the table more often and try to interact with and chat with the customers, maybe see if there is anything they might need from time to time or just have a friendly conversation. Schmoozing is a big part of the job lol.

So fresh and so yummy! I absolutely love their take on the humble inari sushi. Inari is a favorite little bite of mine, usually just a sweet and vinegary little rice stuffed tofu skin pocket, but Arigato puts a delightful little twist by turning it into a roll with some fresh avocado and cucumber inside. It's pretty exciting to try a different twist on a classic! Also great is their Negihama roll, with yellowtail and green onion - the green onion gives such a fresh brightness and flavor that really set it apart. Just discovered their deep fried avocado roll tonight, and the creamy and crunchy combination was a real explosion in my mouth. Definitely a repeat order! We love this little sushi spot in our neighborhood and it's our go-to for sushi night takeout.

Over priced, not fresh, and limited selection for take out. Teriyaki bowls were good but sushi rolls were not good at

This was such a treat! The sushi tasted very fresh! I loved the sushi appetizer because you get to taste five different prices of sushi chosen by the chef. And the tiger roll was the perfect entree! Gochisousamadeshita!

We had a wonderful experience at Arigato Sushi. We ordered the age dashi tofu, tempura, and a sushi set. Everything tasted fresh and nicely done. We will be back.

Food was good. We dined in and ordered multiple sushi rolls, teriyaki chicken and beef. Also had tempura shrimp. The food was good. Teriyaki portions were good but the rolls really need 2-3 to fill up.

Too much vinegar on the rice, too spicy, too sweet, no balance on the flavor. Taste was overwhelming, I didn't enjoy.

Excellent quality fish, fantastic taste. Perhaps pricier than some places, but it's for a reason.

We were beckoned in off the street only to be seated next to a large party with 3 screaming kids. It did not make for a nice meal atmosphere. The service felt very rushed and abrupt; we were brought our check before all of our meal even arrived. When the scallops did arrive, there was definitely a piece of shell or sand. I finally got it out from between my teeth this morning. The people upfront were very nice, but it was not a great experience.

Our chirashi bowl was $30 with very little fish and a large amount of undressed spring mix. The worst I’ve had anywhere. And our roll was tiny! It felt like a rip off.The service was awkward and too frequent.
