Definitely proof of concept rather than ambient coffee shop.
The robot attendee was incredibly rude. Went to the restroom for 30 minutes and when we checked if they were still getting the boba for the machine (asked one time to see if they were aware) they offered an incredibly response and threw something on the counter afterwards. I never write reviews but I was shocked at how rude the staff member was.

The place is very unique. It's a robot barista based coffee shop. The intention is to push innovation, not replace humans, and through that lens it's very cool to see! This tech is in it's infancy, and the tech company behind it is new, so it's worth keeping that in mind when you go in, it's not like a sci Fi movie. But the experience is worth at least one trip, and the coffee is always consistent, if not amazing.
