A high-end cocktail bar with phenomenal food--we go here regularly at open. The oft-updated menu of cocktails are all unique and you won't find them elsewhere--with reasonable prices given the quality of the product. They offer engaging flavor profiles and textures you will enjoy but sometimes struggle to place. I've had cocktails here that were so good I thought about ordering enough to fill a bathtub. But alas, that would definitely lower their perceived quality... The food is a surprising star for an establishment that leads its name with "Bar". The seasonally informed menu has some steadfast occupants that are always enjoyable, like "Charred Escabeche with Sourdough Bread", but also always offers surprising dishes that could complete a gratifying dinner for two.Finally, the staff is friendly and approachable, always willing to help navigate the menu, and the noise level is very well maintained given how busy it can become. It makes it a great place for a date or convening with friends. What's more, it turns out for a lower-key affair you can go next door and grab a table at the bottle-shop to enjoy a quieter atmosphere and the same food!

Bar Miriam took good care of me for an evening, and the staff were kind and committed. The food was *much* better than the drinks, which is not probably what you want to hear about a cocktail bar, and yet that food was astoundingly good. The chicken was sublime, and a simple order of bread and butter was a delight for the senses.If you’re in the neighborhood, and you need somewhere to fall into for an evening, you could definitely do worse. I hope you choose your cocktails more wisely than I did.

Foods and drinks are fantastic. It's small though. Cute, but doesn't take res and often will be a long wait unless you are outside of busy hours. Good place to go by yourself though and avoid all of that.
