We visited the location at the market today and was very surprised that they no longer offer samples. I wondered if it was due to covid, and I suspect it was, but pretty sad that has changed now.Still love their cheese!!!

Beecher’s is in all the guides for visitors. Watching cheese made in the store is pretty cool and this place is all about the Mac n cheese and grill cheese sandwiches. The lines are long so expect a 10min wait

Wow, there are many types of cheese and delicious, and just looking at them is fun. I advise everyone to try the macaroni and cheese and the cheese sandwich.

It was really soft, and there was a good amount of itI feel like there was a really good ratio of cheese to pasta here, where the pasta felt really creamy but not overly cheesy - a great overall balancehowever, I'm just not sure this is that much better than mac and cheese I've had at other placesIn fairness, I've always been ambivalent about mac and cheese as a dish. I like it, but it's certainly not my go to whenever I see it on the menu,and I certainly wouldn't consider either a mac & cheese or a cheese aficionado in generalreading through these reviews, it seems that people are huge fans of cheese seem to love some specific qualities about this specific type of cheese,but for me, it certainly tastes good, probably above average, but i find it highly doubtful that this is truly the "world's best" mac & cheeseMaybe I'm just not picking up on the finer qualities of the dish, but to me the cheese is creamy and flavorful, but not special. Best Mac & Cheese we’ve had. Went back multiple times to the Pike Place location. We must have hit the timing just right because we walked right up to the counter the first time, and maybe stood in like for 3 minutes the second time. Would highly recommend!

I’m not a huge Mac and cheese fan, but I finally had to try it. It’s rich, creamy and tasty. I should have just shared a small with my family, as I just needed a sample. Wish I had tried one of their sandwiches as I didn’t realize they had other food options, next time!
