Service was very attentive and thoughtful. Food quality: One entree was attractive and tasted great, but another was several notches lower. Ambiance: Tables were very close together and noise level was high, even dining at 4pm.

For a fancy date night, had a reservation asking for a window table with a water view made a week in advance, which was ignored. When we arrived there was no host there to greet us, the bartender yelled that someone would be with us from over at the bar after about 5 min of being ignored. We were seated at a massive wide table in the center of the restaurant so that we had to almost yell across the table to converse over the noise in the restaurant. The waiter was not very tentative or quick, and we often had to search actively to flag him down for requests. The restaurant did not seem well maintained with a lot of general wear showing, giving the experience an additional cheap feel with the poor service, despite the price. Regret coming back here after having had a nice experience a few years back. Feel like the place has really gone downhill. Food was good, but value overall wasn't there. Not the fancy date night experience we were looking or hoping for.

Went for Christmas Dinner service 2023. Server was nice but hadn't been given a great training, as she was unable to tell us what was actually being served for dinner. Múltiple people in my party tried to order off the menu and were told that that dish was not being served that night, despite being on the menu. Restaurant could use a renovation, dated interior. Won't be coming back, but glad to have gone here to know what it is like after driving by for a couple years.

It was a beautiful day in Seattle to sit outside and enjoy our meal. The view from the patio was spectacular. The service was outstanding, very attentive staff. The food was very good.

The food here is always good. Pricier than I would like - $8 for an OJ is a bit excessive...but the food is juicy and the service is fine. Ambiance is fine diner - ish.

One server was really excellent. One was overwhelmed and couldn't help us. The third was completely confused. The interior is worn out and lacks any charm whatsoever. The location with a view of the lake is the main attraction. The food was mediocre.

Easter brunch service was incredible, quick and accommodating. We had two toddlers and the staff was so sweet with them. Food and drinks were delicious. View was great. Will definitely be back!

This was my first time dinning here and the service ,food was good as a restaurateur I was very,very disappointed by the carry out . Ordered the taco/chicken salad and its was someone else's shit they gave me .the chicken was portioned in a large container but the size of a 2oz container.no salad dressing,no cheese or sour cream.dinning in was nice but I wouldn't recommend getting anything to go .the kitchen don't care , maybe they used to cook at Denny's .

However, the noise was coming more from a large group table than from the bar, which was at the opposite end of the restaurant. I would go back, the food was great and they had sever dessert options. The skillet cookie was not dissapointing.
After my medium rare steak arrived gray and well done, I politely sent it back. 20 minutes later after everyone in my party was done eating l, they finally brought me another steak. Not only was it half the size of the first one, this one had barely been seared like a tuna steak. The chef clearly was making a statement. They take it back, and once again, bring it back completely over cooked and chewy charging people $50 for a surf and turf dinner without a chef that knows how to cook a steak is unacceptable. Our waiter, who had been wonderful all evening, dropped off our bill with no omissions or discounts. We had to ask him if he thought that was right after what I had been through. He said he would “have to check with management.” He then came back with a $15 off discount. No comped meal, no cocktail taken off, nothing. Between this awful experience with the food and the overwhelming noise in that place, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Side note: I come to this restaurant twice a year for 7 years. After several poor experiences here, this was the last straw.

had Blu Prime Rib Dip Slow roasted prime rib "" tjhe worst meat I have ever been served."" talked to manager/owner. he was sarcastic. offered to reimburse me but gave me wrong contact information. it's too bad i liked the ambiance and service butI couldn't go back there again.

Bluwater is a favorite of ours. When it's good it's amazing. When it's not... My mom and I came in to split the La Pera Pizza. The idea is there, but the execution not quite. We both *love* bleu cheese, but there was waaay too much on the pizza and the taste took away from the rest of the toppings on the pizza and we had to scrape half of it off. The service was excellent, per usual, the view's spectacular. Can't wait to come back, but won't be ordering the pizza again, most likely.

As you can see this is my favorite restaurant to eat at. I go there last night 3-14-24 order my food . Food gets to the table and I look down and see a roach . It broke my lil heart . I’m traumatized. I will never eat there again ?. I recommend you not go there any time
