I sat down and was ignored ny the server. I had to get my own menu and wait 40 minutes for any service. I watched her serve and give menus to 10 other people and have them get their food, people who walked in many minutes after me. she deliberately ignored me. I had tried to talk to her and get service and she kept walking.

Service is what matters at this point and they have the one and only Mr. Tee here!We were two families (with two 3 years old) here trying to use our priority pass within a short window, and he helped us getting the food we wanted, maxed out the balance we have from the priority pass, in a quick turnaround even packed the left over without any delay getting to our boarding time.He was also flying around helping other customers. Excellent service!

I used Priority Pass. I ordered a takeout cheesecake and apple pie, but when I opened it, the cheesecake was so frozen that I couldn't even pierce it with a fork.The apple pie was warm and served with ice cream, so I ate that quickly and had to wait a while for the cheesecake to melt.Both tasted sweet and typical American commercial products, so I don't think I'll buy them next time.
