It's dangerous how close we live to the Burrito Express. We have to stop ourselves from spending all our money there. The food is consistently delicious. The salsa they serve with the burritos is addicting. Service is very warm and friendly. Never had a bad interaction. Price is hard to beat. If you have the time and are in the area, go! In fact, go if you're not in the area

Great price, great flavor! We were so surprised by burrito express! We got 3 different breakfast burritos: steak and eggs, chorizo, and the pig one. They were all stuffed and flavored to perfection. My favorite nest was the carne asada, they flavored it perfectly! And the potatoes inside of it were great too. For Seattle, the prices can't be beat! The food truck is in a parking lot that does have some spaces but it is a tight lot. My family of 15 is coming for my graduation soon, and I can't wait to bring them all here for breakfast one day :) Make sure you stop by the Scene right across the street for a matcha or coffee with your breakfast burrito!

This was only my second visit here, but it somehow got even more tasty. We got the super basic Man On A Budget burritos with sausage, but I added beans to mine. Also had the mild green salsa. Sooo good. Such simple ingredients but they somehow work so well together to make a delicious combination. We will keep going back for sure!Just an fyi: the only reason for a 3-star rating for the atmosphere is because it is a food truck in a parking lot. There's nothing wrong with it, it is what it is. It was good food and good service, that's all I need from a food truck.

Delicious, warming, top tier! Been searching the city all over for grab and go breakfast burritos and super happy we can here! It's locally POC owned and will not disappoint! The wait was not long, service was good and very quick. It's a food truck so if it's raining, they do have a small cover while you wait. Overall I would recommend if you're hangry!

Ok wow, price is right and flavor is there. Moved here from Austin and sad to not see breakfast tacos as a regular thing in Seattle, but this place will be my new go to! Salsas are tasty and plentiful. Got the steak breakfast burrito and it had a lot of steak. Loved the chorizo breakfast taco too (overflowing with potatoes and chorizo). Friendly service too!
