My go-to coffee shop in Maple Leaf! Consistently great espresso & drip coffees. It can get pretty busy inside on the weekends, they have a few seats outside

Cafe Javasti has been my go-to for well over a decade. The bakery case items are just wonderful and the crepes are coffee are great. Nice neighborly vibe. Baked items are made at their off site bakery, where they service both the Maple Leaf and Wedgwood cafes and do catering. Get the chocolate zucchini bread if you can. There are many tasty crepe options. Beware if you go during a packed weekend rush it will be a wait as they only have two crepe griddles.Staff has always been nice with no hipster vibe.It can be a little loud when it's busy with concrete floors.Vegetarian options: Plenty vegetarian crepe and bakery items.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids come here (with parents).

Multiple years customer. Weirdest experience ever today. “Sorry we’re closing in 15 minutes at 3:00 pm because both of us don’t feel well. Here’s a coffee coupon and takeout containers. We’re so sorry”. I forgot my half drunk latte because my hands were full, which was the worst part. They just put it in the take out cup, they couldn’t see it was a mistake? It was very very odd. People were coming in and getting orders while others were being rushed out.

For those old enough to remember it, Javasti is a lot like a coffee version of Cheers ?.Where everybody knows your name.

Try the #8 buckwheat crepe w ham, Swiss, spinach and tarragon sauce. The Americano was very good as well. Service is friendly and kind, going the extra mile. Highly recommend!

I'd love to leave a bad review so you won't take up my seats, but I'd be lying. The coffee and crepes are worth the visit.

The crêpe I ordered was incredibly flavorful. Also had a cup of great coffee and the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Glad I discovered this place.
