The manager suggested I invest crypto into scientology in exchange for a free coffee. I'm not sure if that's allowed but I still tipped!

Not a coffee snob by any means. But the americano was perfect and just the right heat. Apple coffee cake was a plus!

Worst chocolate croissant in Seattle. Other customers were rude and took up three spaces and wouldn't move. Coffee was good, but annoying they didn't have cream out. Service very good.

Whoever is in charge of the music selection here should get paid at least double than what they are making now. Keep those dream pop tunes

I like the coffee. It's expensive - a large Americano with a tip, probably 6$. Baked goods average 4 or 5.I was stopping by frequently so I signed up to earn points towards free drinks. That's not how it works. I get between 40 and 65 points when I buy a coffee or a couple of coffees there. 1000 points will earn me a free drink. However, I have to endure regular, annoying text messages from them in the process that beg me to buy something to earn more points.Literally every other coffee place gives you a free drink after eight or ten purchases. This feels like being pickpocketed again and again while the thief sends you taunting messages about giving some of your money back if only you let him continue to rob you. This is a big chain. They don't need your business. Find a little indie place. There are a number of them nearby.

Ladron has a small shop situated in the Roosevelt / Ravenna neighborhood. I like the shop for all of the natural light it gets. Good place to grab a seat by the window if you have to get some work done. The coffee is good and the cookies are really good if you like cookies. My main issue is that it's really expensive for coffee. I mean like a large drop coffee is all.ost $5 and if.you want to get that drip coffee refilled it is almost $3. That is significantly more than most other Seattle coffee shops. Aside from the cost of the coffee it's also a nice place to meet a friend for a coffee on a nice day because of their outside seating and comfort chairs.

Popped in and got an Apple Cider (the real stuff, not powder mix!) Service was lovely, it has a great setup, and a nice selection of drinks.

$1.25 upcharge for oat milk. Wow. First time I've seen that and probably the last because I didn't order a drink. For barely 12oz of liquid, $1.25 is greedy and ridiculous. I used to love Ladro, but sorry, no coffee is that good.

Came by on a Sunday at 10:40am and the doors were locked while there were baristas in there working and awkwardly avoiding eye contact. There was no closed sign or any sign whatsoever up except to show they were supposed to be open. It honestly looked like they didn’t want to open. Heard good things about this place and maybe I came on a bad day for the store but not a good first impression.

2 days in a row, they cancelled my order. If you can’t fulfill your order, don’t sell it.

Great coffee shop! Carly is an excellent barista - she made my coffee quickly and efficiently, and was kind, warm, and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the drinks and answered all of the questions I had before I chose my order. Cafe Ladro has delicious coffee and is conveniently located. However, the baristas elevate the experience to a whole other level!
