I work upstairs and this place doesn't even open on time when is suppose to be. The workers always open the coffee shop at least 3 or 4 hrs lates and their batista is always on the phone. They said they don't even have ice!!! 1 out of 10 don't recommend!!!

Wanted to grab a quick cup of coffee and a pastry before I had to be somewhere nearby this morning. Stopped in at "Local Coffee Spot" in the Central Building. Ordered a coffee to have there. The coffee cake in the display looked good, so I ordered that too. Was handed a refrigerated coffee cake sealed in plastic that was hard as a brick and tasted like it had not been baked. Took two bites and threw it in the trash. I cannot recommend this place.

Cherry Street Coffee was just a short walk from our hotel on Pioneer Square. We didn’t have food, just coffee. My white chocolate mocha was the best I’ve ever had.

Is this a local coffee shop? Or is this a private equity backed tech startup? Just curious.

This has been one of my better go-to coffee spots. I have met the owner multiple times and they are awesome!!! I hate to have one or two experiences overshadow my good experiences but today was just not good. The kid that was working might have the worst customer service ever. When I asked what breakfast item was good, his replay was "none of it". it caught me off guard but I laughed and ordered a muffin. I was then handed a FROZEN MUFFIN (not cold, FROZEN). $14 for a coffee and a muffin that I couldn't eat. That kid could have just been having a bad day but for that much money, at least make sure I can eat the item.Update: I wanted to give thIs place a second chance and it failed again. First off I got a large latte that was only filled about 75% of the way. Then I ordered the coffee cake and it took 15 minutes to come out. When it did, it was cold and raw. It never saw an oven. This was my last chance for this place. They just are way below the other spots in the general area.

Unfortunately we've given up on this place. My significant other and I had a great first experience - the gentleman working the front counter was friendly and engaging, and recommended us a great modified burrito. I liked the location and the industrial artsy style of the space. Since then we've had two exceptionally bad experiences that just overshadow the first and make it hard to justify spending more money here. A few days ago we went in, asked what baked goods were best and he said "none of them." Honestly we should've listened because we were then given a frozen muffin. Literally frozen solid. Today we tried the coffee cake and it's RAW. The coffee has been fine but the latte was filled about 75% of the way up and I'm just not confident spending any more time or money here.

We were captivated by the sign for new ube flavored drinks and decided to pop in. We got an ube wall latte, which was better once the ube was finally infused into the drink, and the oat milk honey latte, which was very oat milk-y. Service was alright, didn't seem very enthused we were there.

Single person working here, was clearly overwhelmed by client volume. Coffee was lukewarm, breakfast sandwich was really not enjoyable. Took almost an hour to get both.

Stopped by at 7:15 today. Google says open at 7 AM website doesn't list hours. Open sign was lit up and staff was inside. Tried door and it was locked but staff came and let us in. First he said it opened at 7:30 then he changed it to 8:00. Our first time at this location but will probably be our last. We headed to Retro Coffee and enjoyed it.

Ordered a tomato, basil & egg breakfast sandwich and mine didn't come with tomato. Look, $10 for a breakfast sandwich is ridiculous-- especially if you forget one of the 3 ingredients. I walked all over Belltown trying to find food because I work night shift and needed some breakfast. It sucks to look that hard for food only to have someone mess it up. Especially when it's overpriced.

I met the manager (I think) a few weeks ago when I was going to Fed Ex For some copies. Excellent tea and super kind service. If I lived close, I’d stop by all the time.
