Great ambiance, dark moody, and the truffles are a must try. Had one of their house chocolates, frothy, rich in cocoa. Great place for chocolates

Service was great, hot chocolate was delicious. But this cafe smelled, like a lot. I don’t know if it doesnt normally, but it did today. I would love to spend more time and money here but it was hard to stand for very long.

The women who work the morning shift all tend to be sullen, rude. The tend to greet you with a spectacular lack of enthusiasm. One of the young women seems clinically depressed and really owes it to herself to find a job she enjoys. But the hot chocolate is delicious, the staff on other shifts is super friendly, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and the vibe is warm and cozy (cafe could stand to be cleaner though.). I enjoy being upstairs on a drippy Seattle day.

It gets a bit busy at times and there is only one barista working and she did a great job handling the line of customers and drink orders. I always get one of the hot chocolates or a mocha!

Chocolati Cafe in Wallingford, Seattle, offers a unique and delightful experience that's well-deserving of a five-star rating. Visitors are captivated by the charming atmosphere, which includes comfortable seating and a view of the bustling neighborhood. Their hot chocolate, served in a large European-style mug, is a standout, known for its rich, pure chocolate base. Complementing their drinks, the truffles, like the raspberry one, are divine and often a highlight for customers. The cafe's setting in the picturesque Wallingford area adds to its appeal, making it a memorable spot for both locals and travelers. The friendly and welcoming vibe of the area reflects well in the cafe, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking a cozy spot to enjoy exceptional chocolate treats and drinks.

I first visited Chocolati Cafe nearly 20 years ago. At the time I was living in Los Angeles and up visiting friends. We came here for hot chocolate and it was so good. I came back after moving up and it was every bit as good as I remembered. Hot chocolate you remember for decades - that is worth a positive review!

The Europa hot chocolate is divine, as usual.

This is my favorite local coffee shop! I live down the street and come here often to work/study upstairs. Awesome cozy/rustic atmosphere and tasty chocolate and drinks. Friendly staff too.

This place is kind of a throw back hole in the wall coffee house style. The chocolate is good, selection is ok, not tiny but could be more diverse. Service can be slow.

I did a online purchase on September 9th two weeks before my wifes birthday party. My credit card was charged but no invoice was emailed. I tried calling the business number and emailed with no response. Six days later I tried to cancel the order and still no response. The chocolate finally arrived on October 14th. I tried calling again and sent an email, still no response. I don't know how the stores are but I don't recommend buying anything on line.

The only place in Seattle I’ve been able to find rich, actual hot chocolate (not cocoa). The shop is very cozy as well

Visited Chocolati on Greenwood so I was surprised they were in Wallingford too. Great coffee, wonderfully rich chocolates, and very welcoming staff. I'm definitely going back.
