We discovered this place a year or more ago and were obsessed with their fresh, soft big cookies, especially the chocolate chip cookies. We made a special trip to pikes place last Friday, morning just so we could get cookies at Cinnamon Works, and were really looking forward to it, but this time we were super disappointed after we bought several cookies, different kinds, they were all hard and not fresh at all! They definitely tasted like days old cookies! Almost too hard to eat. I really hope they haven't gone down hill or changed ownership.

Fluffly, doughy cookies and buns. What more can you ask for?? Pumpkin cookies year round. Favorite spot for a sweet (not too sweet) treat

This place say it's open until 6pm but came here at 5pm and it was closed. Wouldn't come back.

Legit my favorite place in the market. The smells are unbeatable. I die inside when I go to grab a cookie on days they're closed. They do charge for card. The vegan cookies are very good - allergen friendly*** My go-to is chocolate chip. I bring home a snickerdoodle for dad and oatmeal raisin for mom every time I go. Big cookie. Not too greasy. Great with milk. Quick service. Love that they employ high school kids.

The blueberry muffin is where it's at! Super moist and plenty of blueberries! The cookies are eh.

One of my favorite bakeries to stop that when I’m in Seattle. They have a great selection of gluten free pastries, such as muffins, cinnamon rolls, cookies, danishes. They have a large selection of vegan options as well.Dietary restrictions: They don’t have a separate kitchen for the gluten free items, but they take cross-contamination very seriously. I’ve never had an issue as a celiac eating any of their foods. They also have a large selection of vegan options.

Great sales toon of very tasty large-sized pastries, including conventional and gluten-free. They have so many types of cookies, and the cinnamon rolls are incredibly delicious

I was visiting Pike Place on a Sunday around 4, and I wanted something sweet. I saw a few people by this stand, and a worker bringing out fresh cookies which piqued my interest. I stood by waiting for someone to take my order, and after several minutes one of the workers impatiently asked if any of us wanted anything. A couple standing by me chose to walk away at this query, possibly due to the workers tone. I asked for a chocolate chip cookie, and when the worker asked me if there was anything else, I looked at the customization options on the flyer that appeared to be included in the price. She told me "if you're reading this for the options I can't guarantee that anything is still available". Which. Ok. Fair. They were set to close within the hour but as fresh cookies seemed were put out while I was watching this seemed a bit abrupt, rather than waiting for me to request or them marking off things that were depleted. But I decided to just get the cookie, paid (there is a credit card surcharge which is posted but the worker also warned me). Despite the questionable service, the cookie itself was incredible. It was very big, and warm, with a crispy edge and soft and chewy center with the chips slightly melted. Easily could satiate two people but I eagerly ate it alone. I would come back, just maybe with another worker. There are no tables here, just stand and order then walk away

So so good that i came back twice in the same day. I ordered a frosted roll then came back for the pull apart which is a larger portion of the frosted, classic roll they have.Their Cinammon rolls are like literal rolls. They are very fluffy, light, soft, and flaky. It isn't super sweet, but the icing makes it the right sweetness. There isn't seating or dining in option, but really cool to see the kitchen is open and they use the space like they did traditionally way back when.Note: They charge a really high 50c convenience fee for cards so better to use cash. There is a Chase and non branded ATMs closeby.

We tried an assortment of cookies. Good flavor. Mine was a little on the dry side like it had been baked the day before. Definitely worth trying while in the area.

Let’s just talk about the staff. I read the other reviews and seems like I am not alone. I went here today to buy a frosted cinnamon bun. Waited for 5 long minutes for the bun to be heated n given to me. While waiting I thought my order was ready so went by counter and smiled at them , and even made a joke of how I misunderstood. The three white ladies there, gave me weird stares. Finally the lady brought the bun out and said in the most dry drudging manner- “have a nice day”. Almost sarcastic. Like listen woman, don’t do the job if you don’t want to. Stop behaving like the world is resting on your shoulders. Its not.

I remember the gluten free cinnamon rolls being good, but I got one today (made a special trip to the market for it) and it was bad. So dense, it felt like a brick in the bag. Flavor was a little bland too. Wondering if it was even baked enough with how dense it was. Very disappointed, would not recommend. Can’t comment about the other pastries.
