Food was/is great! But the service not so much. Idk if the host was having a bad day but she was rude and nasty! Will not be returning. Good food isn't enough for me to spend my hard earned money on to then be treated with disrespect.

Well, where do I start. I wish I would've had some photos to go along with this post but I don't. For starters, food was decent, my family and I ordered 3 lbs of crawfish, 3 lbs of clams, 3 lbs of mussels, 2 lbs of shrimp with the head on, wings, dungeons crab, and some fries. They had some good flavors all around but the service is what made me uncomfortable. I am from out of town so I went out for the night to experience the pike place market and space needle. After the space needle, I saw it was kind of late like 9:00 PM, so I decided to go to crawfish house considering online it says they are open until 11:00 PM. I get there at about 9:20 PM and we are greeted with a rude waitress that told us that they are shutting down an hour early and throws the menus on our table. So instead of having my food there, I took it to go. Sort of a long post, I hope the next time I visit, it'll be different.

The servers have attitude and I found a hair in my food their reply was their cook was bald ? like it doesn’t change the fact that there was hair in it. It was very short dark brown hair and I have black hair as well as my mom and brother and it’s long. I also had to wait forever j for three pounds. I work in the food industry as a server for 3 years and I’m j taken aback with the attitude and the obvious favoritism they show towards the customers they personally know. Someone came for a Togo 30 mins after we ordered and they somehow got their food before us. I haven’t ever wrote a review about a spot but I’m very upset.
