Street food style - Filipino dishes in Southcenter Mall.

If you are not Filipino don’t expect good service. I waited in line to order and got skipped and the server helped a Filipino guy that just walked in with even acknowledging me. She looked at me then asked him what he wanted like I wasn’t standing there in line for 10 minutes.

Had not been here in a few months. the last trip was very good. The turn-off was the lady that served us... not helped. She seemed angry, and it showed. Very short and not helpful when asked questions. Drinks other than soda or water were not in English, and she did not want to tell us the choices. Nor did she want to answer what other condiments were available... they used to be on the customer side. Very poor experience, so I'm not in a hurry to go back anytime soon. We had planned to eat there, but took it home instead. Good amount of food. Pork was very gamey

Crispy Town serves as a food court-style Filipino restaurant. It shares its space with Grill City. The service here is slow due to lack of staff, and there wasn't anything remarkable about their level of service. My boyfriend and I shared a crispy bagnet solo meal. The meal portions are very generous for the price, we even had some leftovers. The crispy bagnet was dense in meat, and as its name states - the skin was very crispy. It was just a bit too salty and some parts of the skin were hard to chew on. They also don't have a drink menu, and just sold bottles of water. So we had to go elsewhere to buy drinks. I wouldn't mind eating here again, the food is just greasy since they mainly serve fried food. There weren't many options for veggie sides/entrees to compliment the dense meat.

Food was delicious, but not very hot. I ordered the Pinakbek Ilocano. The food must have been out for a while as the eggplant and other vegetables were no longer crispy. Also ordered lumpia, and they were not crispy. Not what I'd expect from a restaurant with \\\"crispy\\\" in the name. Dirty tables, full trash bins and greasy floor. The service was friendly, but slow.

Food is not worth the price. Way too expensive for the food quality and portion size way to small. Service is trash. Cashiers customer service is very poor. They’re also very stingy with condiments. They don’t offer water cups so you would have to buy their water bottles and soda inside a little fridge by the counter that’s also way overpriced. Please don’t waste your money here at crispy town.

Stopped by for lunch before our vacation ends. This place serves Filipino food and mostly fried and crispy, thus the name. The food is good, if you're not conscious of your blood pressure and cholesterol. We were on vacation from these for one day, so we ordered the smelt, calamari and chicken skin. The best!!! I would recommend this place, the food is really good!

Good food subpar service ?‍♂️When I first arrived, I was greeted by a cashier who was very short-tempered and impatient. She seemed annoyed that I was there and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. My friends who are visiting felt rushed and did not get a chance to choose their orders properly. The food itself was good, but the service was so bad that it ruined the entire experience. I would not recommend Crispy Town Seafood City to anyone who is looking for friendly and welcoming service.

I went there staff are just chatting, they won't even talk to you or assist you. They just freaking ignored me so I just left! Zero star review!

This place is for those that don't care about being healthy or is on a diet lol . The name says it all, everything on the menu is deep fried to get the crispy texture. It's right next to seafood city across from Jollibee. The people are pretty generous with what they give you and is pretty nice about it. Their English aren't the best but still not too bad. We got the fried smelt single entree meal which comes with 2 scoops of rice and vinegar sauce. It was actually a lot of food for $8. It was crispy even without having to reheat it up and there's not much breading on it either which is nice.My husband also got a side of fries pork chop. The lady gave us one of the biggest pork chops she had which weigh 0.7 lb (I was curious and weigh it at home)!!!!! It wasn't as crispy as the smelt but the flavor was there and it was still juicy. There's plenty of seatings in the area and for the price, you technically can get a "healthy portion of food" without feeling too bad about yourself hahahaha
