Apparently this delivery guy named "Beau" can't tell the difference between Hand-Off Delivery and Contactless Delivery. I wanted a contactless delivery but then this guy calls me and says he's waiting outside of my door, which I really do not understand because the point of contactless delivery is to place the product outside without contact with the customer. The thing is, I wasn't at my place at the time I placed the order, so then I had to walk all the way to the store to pick it up. I'd stay clear from tipping until after you get your order.Pizza was fine though.

This is our go to dinner place if we are ever too tired to cook or even order online. We usually order a hand tossed chicken pizza with a selection of veggies. They never disappointed us with the taste or texture. I do think they can improve the amount of protein (meat) toppings they put on the pizza but everything else is very well delivered. We must have ordered 20 times already and we will continue to order more times as long as we are in this neighbourhood!They once prepared the pizza with incorrect toppings. When we notified them, they immediately prepared another pizza with right toppings, and gave away the other one for free. They usually offer some very good deals. So if you are ordering frequently, I’d suggest using the app, to take advantage of more deals.

I know I got a deal with 50% off pizza, but does that mean 50% toppings? You guys always skimp on the mushroom toppings. 4 in between slices had zero mushrooms on them. Pepperonis are done well, but why not the other topping? Be better at your very easy job please, thanks. It's not asking much to take time to spread plentiful toppings evenly across the pie. Thanks!!!

Someone told me to order when they weren't busy, and it was the best decision I've ever made. I only saw one person in there, and i got the best bread bites I've ever had, along with an amazing hawaiian pizza. I didn't catch her name but whoever that was needs a raise right now

They kept canceling my order because they were 30 minutes from closing. Im not sure when 30 minutes before closing became closed??

2 items for 6.99 coupon. I decided to get a pasta with boneless chicken but when I went to checkout and saw a $7.99 delivery fee ($30 total with tip) to go less than a mile, I decided I'll just pick it up.Swap it to pickup and notice a charge $1 for the boneless chicken dip. The literal description says: "Customize with your choice of dipping cup" . That $1 charge made me decide not to order at all because I don't want to support franchises that try to nickel and dime their customers. What a shame.
