Decided to go to Capital Hill Elysian since it was closer. They had outside seating in addition to the inside space. It was not very busy at that time. Sat at the and had two flagship beers with the pickle plate. I would suggest the pickle plate if u have 3 or more ppl so large. We had 2 cocktails after beer, and I would recommend Jammy mule. The food was good.Vegetarian options: They have salads and pickle plate.

Stopped in for lunch as I was beginning a walking/uber tour of a couple different Seattle breweries. Really good burger and fries. This is the original Elysian brewery, and I had always wanted to check it out!

The beer and the fries with their house sauce were delicious!! 5/5 stars for those alone. Giving 3/5 since their new kimchi burger was nothing exciting, and definitely needed more kimchi or something else to spice it up. The patty itself was really dry, and not juicy at all, so maybe a different main meal instead of the kimchi burger.

Space dust is my go to beer. Why is it that when I go to stores now, they don't sell Space Dust? I tried Contact Haze, and it was horrible. Experiment all you want, just make sure that you make Space Dust available, or I will never purchase any of your products again

Great vibe here with awesome people to hang out, board games and super dog friendly. Everyone has a good time and we will be back again. I highly recommend this location.

The service is horrible. There are certain places that I had never tried because they have a vibe. I ended up going because a friend wanted to meet up there and the vibe was not it at all. Slow service with an empty space is never fun. Not planning on returning.
