They don't mix in the dressing anymore because they don't want to hire a dishwasher. Shame on them!

I came here to grab dinner with a friend after work and had a super yummy El Sombrero wrap (with some extra cilantro added in--YUM). It felt refreshing and light!! The salad dressing wasn't overly sugary or salty either, which I like a lot. It was also a giant wrap so I couldn't even finish it all.

This place was great wasn't sure what to expect. Wish I had one closer to me. They did rush us pretty fast through the line but I'd return.

Had a delicious HUGE salad here for around $16. I was able to have as many toppings as I wanted (includes a whole egg and even bacon as an option!). I love the variety of toppings and that I didn’t have to pay extra for each additional topping to my salad. I ended up eating half of the salad for lunch and the other half for dinner because it was so huge. Def coming back when I’m fiending a hearty, tasty salad.

Have been eating at this salad shop in UVillage since it opened but it's gotten so much better in the past few months. The store is clean & bright, food is fresh and staff are super friendly. Truly 5 stars!

Attached is a photo of the inedible, disgusting avocado that came in my salad, plus a sample of the dehydrated, red and obviously expired romaine lettuce. That’s the only avocado I got, it’s not even a whole half. My “red wine vini” was just vinegar. No olive oil. $17 plus tip for what looks like the contents of my compost bin.Update: I emailed them as requested in their response, and no one has gotten back to me. What a joke. I've been a long time customer, no more.Update II: I reached out to the company on their website. Still nothing. I will never eat here again. Clearly they think serving spoiled food to their customers is A-OK.

Pretty meek looking restaurant but great option to get a takeout salad. Got the spicy kale Caesar, a regular order and the salad maker made it just right. Some of the lettuce that was mixed with the kale wasn’t super fresh as they had some redness on it.
EVERGREENS NEVER MISSES!!! Bella provided the best service today. I tried the minty green sauce (Cholula I think?) that she recommended and it was SO delicious! She really hooked me up with portion sizes too. I also ordered a regular size salad, but with all the toppings I chose (unlimited!) she ended up putting everything in a large container so it felt like I got an upgrade haha. I got a BYO salad with mixed greens, a scoop of rice, added corn, cucumber, hummus, pickled onion, cauliflower and a whole bunch of other things. I always love adding a scoop of bacon at the end so I did that, and it rly hit today. Soooo yummy and fresh, healthy, super filling, and honestly just makes my body feel great. They really don't skimp on the portions or quality here!! Will always continue coming back. Thank you Bella!!

We ordered online and were able to walk around U Village for a bit before our food was ready. The folks working were all really friendly and helpful. The Med Over Heels is DELICIOUS, although not on par with authentic Mediterranean of course. The Teriyaki Pun Here was pretty average. I wouldn't recommend the bread that every meal comes with, it was tough, flavorless, and spongy in an off-putting way. Overall it's a good place for a quick healthy meal in a pinch.

Truthfully, I've never experienced such rudeness as I did here. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and quickly ordered 2 salads. The staff was already putting food away and scuttling around like they were closing. We paid and I said we'd eat quickly. There were 2 other people eating, as well. We had been seated for about 10 minutes when a young woman who was probably the manager came over and said "we're closed. You need to wrap it up." I was kind of shocked and asked her to repeat herself...she had a hard time looking me in the eye. I told her I was eating as fast as I could. She then recommended we go outside to finish...it was night time and 39 degrees. We spent $34 on 2,bowls of lettuce, much of it slimy and black, and then had this moron tell us to go outside to finish...all while they were continuing to clean and put food away. I will never understand why restaurants put college kids in charge of running the place. They don't give a shit about the restaurant or the customers and can't wait to get out the door. I've worked a lot of food service jobs over the years...my ass would have been fired if I'd ever spoken to a customer in this way.
