I have a go to falafel spot in WS but I wanted to give this place a try.I usually don’t leave reviews unless the food was really good or really disappointing and unfortunately, this was disappointing.I ordered the rice plate with falafel, garlic fries, baba ganoush, and baklava for takeout. The food was decently warm by the time I got it so, no issues there. However, my food was really dry and bland. I needed sauce to put on the rice to make it less dry which worked…until I ran out of sauce. The falafel was dry as well and a bit over cooked. Slaw was dry and the tomatoes tasted bad. My stomach is actually bubbling as I’m writing this :,( Probably going to toss the rest.My garlic fries were regular fries which was pretty disappointing; they did give me a refund when I called and asked.Haven’t tried the baba ganoush yet but will tomorrow and update this if needed. All in all, it was not worth the $45 I paid. I may give this place a try again for dine-in to see if there’s a difference but, I should’ve stuck to my usual go to.Service I gave a 3/5 because when I asked for a refund on the fries they did it right away. I would need to go dine in for a better judge on service.

We had a delish dinner from Falafel Salam tonight. I had the chicken schwarm salad- crisp veggies in the salad, delish moist flavorful chicken, and the egg free tahini dressing was shockingly perfect (never would have chosen it but will now!)My husband had the lambe kefte pita with purple veggie slaw prep, green spicy sauce (he said it was so good but definitely had heat) and he was very happy- super tasty and flavorful and will definitely get this again. One last note is the food was all super flavorful yet not greasy or heavy, as can be the case sometimes with fast take out. It felt like high quality ingredients, crafted with care on health and tastiness. :)Dietary restrictions: Egg free diner here- they knew exactly what I could have, how to modify things to be egg free but stay tasty and were speedy and knowledgeable with this info. :)

Falafel Salam was absolutely great! I have lived in West Seattle for a while now, but did not get the chance to check out this cool place with delicious food until recently.I was having a Greek food craving and researched this place, and decided to check it out. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the Falafel sandwich in a pita pocket with feta cheese and the Garlic fries with feta cheese. The food was fresh and had a great taste. It was really great Greek food, and they even make the Falafel Sandwich in an Iranian style if you would like it that way. They have great vegan and vegetarian options as well. As a vegetarian, I was pleased. The staff was very nice and kind and provided good customer service. The restaurant is small with a very laid back and casual atmosphere. Overall, I really enjoyed it and will be eating here again! Highly recommend!

I hadn't been there before so I tried the Hesitator. It was easy to figure out how they got their name. The falafel was the best thing on the plate. The chicken shawarma was a bit bland with some vaguely shawarma-like spices, but the gyro meat was gritty and devoid of flavor...

We both ordered the beef gyro and some garlic fries, and I can’t say enough good things. The meat was some of the most tender I’ve ever had, and spice level 3 was perfect. Just enough heat but not overwhelming. The garlic aoili on the fries was amazing. We ordered takeout, and it was quick, easy and affordable. Highly recommend!

Excellent food!Wheelchair accessibility: First floor with plenty of room for a wheel chair! The hardest part is finding parking. Might have to park across the street and cross over.

Absolutely the worst meal we have ever payed $90 for, the only good thing about the food was the Falafel. Do not recommend this place for anyone (not even my worst enemy)! I’m actually surprised they can continue business with the food that they offer.

Fast service, crazy tasty. When you ask for spicy they give you actual spicy. These folks don't mess around, across the board great.

Very disappointing take out experience on a Wednesday night. Everything was cold, including fries, falafel, shwarma, pita. Picked up within 10 minutes of ordering, so that wasn't the issue. They just didn't bother on a slow night. Cold fries that weren't even the garlic ones I ordered isn't acceptable. Was good once. Not tonight.

Not authentic at all, the sauces overpowered the falafel which was missing some needed flavors. The baklava was also disgustingly sweet. Its not surprising since the owner is Israeli and is only appropriating middle eastern cuisine.
