Just an average burger joint; nothing memorable in my opinion from the food, service and atmosphere. Especially considering spending $23 for just a burger and fries (no drink). I do like that they give you a lot of French fries that overflow the containers.

Food: I ordered the Cheese Burger w/ grilled onions and mushrooms, and a fry. The mushrooms are pre-sliced from a can.. Not grilled! The grilled onions and meat patties tasted good. Fries... Nope, they sμck!The atmosphere: Inside was clean. But, no air circulation at all. Got stuffy inside within 5 mins. It was loud.. The music, them cooking, and calling out numbers. The have crayons with paper! ?The service: The worker's were polite and treated everyone that came in equal!

Honestly, haven’t had a burger from Five Guys in awhile but this location was pretty decent. Staff are super friendly and the place was clean & convenient. I don’t remember when burgers started costing $11 for fast food but it’s still pretty tasty.

It was so overpriced and had no reason to be. 25 dollars for a burger and fries. Go to Burgermaster, better food and way better prices.

The food was good. I was disappointed in how long it took for my milkshake to be ready. I was almost done with my burger completely by the time it was ready (and I am a very slow eater).I went and asked about the shake twice and I was dismissed and told it would be ready soon. However the milkshake station is clearly visible and I could see that no one had even started making it. Despite the fact that it wasn’t busy and that burger orders were coming out at a normal and steady rate.I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was good, but I’ll probably opt for shake shack next time since the service is better.

Always a nice place for burgers.Burgers are tasty and fries are good. Hot dogs and shakes are also available and pretty tasty. As with any 5 Guys, expect the food to be a bit pricier and take a bit longer than your average fast food place. But, I think it’s worth the wait. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The seating is a tad cramped but it’s rarely jammed full so no big deal.Always a good choice for my money.Parking: There’s a parking garage beneath the complex. Even during busy times you can usually find a space.

Great burgers and friendly staff. Dining area feels cold and impersonal. Might do better as a walk up only location.Parking: Free parking in the Thornton Place garage under the restaurant
