Giving 4 stars only because the prices are pretty out of control. I love the unique flavors and the everyday ones but the cost is prohibitive to me and I feel I can justify going only very occasionally for that reason. Wish vegan ice cream felt a little more accessible and affordable but I'm grateful to have them here.

Love all their locations! They have delicious vegan ice creams and cute shops. Love the seasonal flavors and it's worth getting a pint.

Magical spot with amazing combinations. I tried the chocolate Tahini which was thick and rich, but went with the California Cabin. It’s a creamy smoked vanilla with cardamom pepper shortbread chunks. So good that I bought a pint to take home.I have celiac so gf is a must! Everything her is 100% gf

The ice cream is very very expensive for what you get. I got a pint of the cookies and cream and it was pretty much plain sweet ice cream with a stray chocolate chip and zero cookies- for almost a 20 dollar pint. There are better vegan ice cream brands out

I’m always looking for unique ice cream, and this is the place. The ice cream and cones are dairy free and gluten free and you’d never know it. I had the California Cabin, and the smoked pine was the perfect touch to cardamom cookies and vanilla. I love supporting small, local, woman owned, and delicious. And this checked all those boxes. Will be going again soon.Dietary restrictions: All menu items are dairy and gluten free

Delicious plant-based ice cream with amazing service! Seriously, the lady behind the counter was so sweet and cheery, she made my day! I've tried and loved all their autumn flavors (the pie pieces in the ice cream are to die for!!), and my favorite classic flavor is "Strawberry Milk." The ice cream is very rich in flavor, it's not like many of those vegan ice creams that taste overwhelmingly like coconut milk. What made the experience here extra special was the little heated area at the back of the shop, so cozy and warm!

My first experience with them was doing a delivery for a birthday when I lived out of state. They have great customer service and helped fixed an issue due to the shipper that wasn't their fault. Since I have moved to the area I have been in to visit several times and love their unique flavors and rotating seasonal flavors.

For me, it was just ok, especially for the prices they charge, for that price it should have been the best ice cream I've ever had. I had the miso crunch sundae, I did like the crunchy bits of lentils and the cookie was good, but I just thought the ice cream was too sweet for my liking.

Wow! So rich and creamy. Perfect consistency. Impeccable flavors. They got this ice cream down to a science. Updated from previous review on 2023-11-21

I was really excited to try their magic sundaes at their Ballard location that opened up in the summer time. After much anticipation, I tried the Chaga hot fudge magic sundae ($12) thinking at this price point it would be at least double the size I received. It was in the smallest cup and the toppings were not what I'd imagine when I think of the word sundae. The soft serve like much of their ice creams didn't seem cold enough and overly very sweet. As someone that has a very sweet tooth, I found this dessert overwhelming in the sweetness with little balance. I think the concept was great but the execution was poor - perhaps it might be better if they renamed it to a soft serve stand vs. A sundae shop...

What an amazing variety of delicious flavors and the serving sizes are perfect. It's a small cute little spot in Ballard with very friendly service.

I love Frankie & Jo's! They have such unique flavors that are ALL amazing, and they have the most delicious waffle cones. Their ice cream is also available in containers to go and is even sold in some local grocery stores.
