I was so excited to finally go to this outlet store. We got bagels, two kinds of cookies, and 2 boxes of donuts for $10. I'm not kidding. Excellent customer service as well. We are huge fans of all the Franz products and can't wait to visit this store again!

We arrived at 4:56pm to grab a loaf of bread. The checker was ringing out a customer and the door was open. We walked right through the door only for the checker to say “WE’RE CLOSED” and refused to serve us. Customer service goes a long way. Please remember that.
I traveled to Seattle on business and had them UPS send sourdough bread to my house in Cincinnati. Best breads and service in the world!!!! Chris Lenhardt

I've been buying franz cracked wheat bread for years. Now, 8 buy it and the bread is so much smaller. guess what? the cost didn't go down. your corporation as well as most other corporations are raking in the millions of dollars and your trying to break the average person. Gee thanks.
