Herkimer is my go-to neighborhood coffee spot. The coffee drinks are all great, whether you enjoy milk/alt milk or “just the good stuff.” The only reason I have 4/5 stars for atmosphere is because there isn’t always available seating.Dietary restrictions: Multiple options for dairy-free “milk” available

Very friendly staff. Nice coffer and really beautiful latte art. Crowded in final week.A little bit dim indoors and limited pastry selection.

Latte was great and affordable! Ginger molasses cookie had good texture but not enough ginger flavor.

Classic Americana style shop.I loved the jazz playing on the speakers. The cortado i ordered was delicious and unique. I usually dont like fruity blends but this was absolutely delicious with a very bold flavors i couldnt quite put a finger on. The seltzer back that came with it was also appreciated.I really appreciate that they had in store seating and the option for cermaic drinkware (i do loathe the disposable containers)The bathrooms while nice had definitely been long due for a deep cleaningI will definitely come back here again and i think this will make my list of top 5 coffee shops in seattle 2021Edit 2024:Quality, like most caffees, is very hard to maintain. Coffee was astringent. Channeling? Lots of quakers. Sundried? Eh who knows. Its just not good anymore

I'm not a coffee person so I actually am rarely at this location. However, over the past year I've gotten to try (thanks to their generosity with the community) an assortment of the various pastries they offer. And those pastries are quite amazing.

Mediocre customer service and gross tasting drinks. I don't recommend this location and I won't be back here again.

Not recommend: Decent coffee and space, but the staff are entitled and the service indifferent.

Best coffee I've had in Seattle. Excellent! The latte tasted like a marshmallow. So good.

holy crap. i have never had decaf coffee as good as theirs. the barista was like, "i like our decaf coffee," and that was not a sentence i ever expected to hear, so i was like mmm okayyy, and then i took a sip of a macchiato with the decaf espresso, and i was like..... h...... holy crap..... w.... this is the best coffee i've ever had. this is the best coffee i've ever had, and it's DECAF. i haven't bought coffee in years, and i bought a bag right there. i only ever want this coffee from now on. this coffee is life changing. if you are sleeping on decaf, you have to try this decaf
