The new Honey Hole owner rules. This place runs like a Swiss watch now. The food has always been great but service in the past (before current owner) was the worst. I once waited 1 hour for a sandwich and 30 minutes for a beer.Because I’m a weirdo I’ve timed my interactions after the ownership change. Average beer time: 1 minuteAverage food time: 7 minutesThey already had the best sandwiches now they have the best service too. Perfect

Great sandwich I gotthe Dude. Unsuccessful other two times with simple unwillingness. Like " we don't take orders over the phone order online" first of all customer service, Is taking a second to take a order down on a pad if you have too. "We don't take orders over the phone" is HIGHKEY unacceptable, especially if the online order portal is down once a week on average Note to management.

On Sept 9, 2023 I ordered a sandwich. When I started consuming that sandwich I noticed the other end of my sandwich had a huge bite taken out of it. I guess one of the employees got hungry and decided to help themselves. I contacted customer service and they told me to email them. When I did I got no response and no refund. Never been more disgusted by a restaurant.

I really wanted to like this place! The decor is awesome and I loved the lighting. The atmosphere was cool- although I did feel the classic seattle judgement but that’s just because it’s a restaurant in capitol hill. Anyways, the guy at the counter was nice and easy to talk to- although we had to re-order three times because they were out of everything. I got the grilled cheese which was just two pieces of toast with one cheese slice each, made with no love. (ofc i wouldn’t normally order this but like- they were out of everything for the sandwich i wanted). My boyfriend got this sandwich that was meat and coleslaw, came burnt with no slaw on it. We also ordered chili cheese fries. The cheese on the fries congealed before they got to us. The chili was fine. just okay- super dry and the fries were way too salty. I have a feeling that this is a problem with a change in management. I don’t think it has to do with the employees- although I would maybe check to see what the cooks are doing back there because the food tasted like cardboard. Idk no one is paid enough these days for what they do. to the management- restock your stuff, make sure your food is made with love and most importantly treat your employees with human respect!!!
