Walked in for a coffee during the middle of a “comedy” routine in some kind of open mic they apparently host every Saturday. We unfortunately heard two “acts” while waiting for coffee and both were filled with pathetic, bottom-of-the-barrel, mouth breathing jokes about women. Absolutely horrendous. I felt so bad for their female barista—at least we were able to leave.Frankly, I find it impressive that they’ve managed to cultivate such an odious clientele in the middle of Seattle in the 2020s.

This is a fantastic gem of a cafe! Very kind, fun, and eternally creative owners that really make you feel at home (even when you are unhoused). Love these people. Grab The Scott for one of the best Cortados in Seattle! Oh ya Comedy Saturdays @2pm stop by for the open mic! ?

Great cappuccino, and the owners were incredibly friendly people and chatted with me while preparing my drink. Nice spot for coffee!

This is the best little International coffee shop in the North Seattle area. The IKOR cafe on Saturdays at 2pm turns into the best little International stand-up comedy Cafe. I have seen up to 15 comedians pop in for 2 hours of hilarity with professional from across the country popping in and sharing their gifts with the local newbies, mid-level comics, in a few bright rising stars that are all regulars at the IKOR CAFE!

Lovely new cafe in our neighborhood. The coffee machine is well maintained and the brew is good. Good lactose free options. My test for a good coffee is whether I need to add sugar to my caffe latte to drown any unpleasant flavors. I’m pleased to say I didn’t need to add any sugar :)

Fantastic, quick, and friendly. Parking right out front. Beans roasted in WA. Had a doppio espresso with oat milk and it was definitely perfect.

I stopped in following a job interview in the neighborhood. The building is humble but I saw good reviews so I went in. The folks running the cafe are lovely. Big warm greeting right away, made my delicious latte while we chatted. She is from Georgia and her partner showed me the important Georgian words he has learned (best word: Sorry!). There are a few tables to sit at if you want to stay. They have homemade pastries. I got a croissant and it was delicious! If I am successful with the job interview and en up working in the community, I'll definitely be back. They're also opening an ice cream shop next door!Vegetarian options: PastriesParking: A couple of spots in front of the store. Also street parking.

Right across from the rickshaw restaurant is Ikor Cafe… It’s not hard to miss, on a busy street, but for coffee purists this is a Seattle stand out. My Americano had phenomenal texture.Pastry selection is a work in progress, but it is all about the beans.
