By far the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant (and I don't have high standards for fast food). I stopped to use the restroom and get lunch since I work in the field and didn't pack my lunch. When I went in I asked to use the restroom and was told I needed to buy something To use the restroom. I asked if I could buy something afterwards and I was told no I had to buy first. So I ordered a small coke for $3.96 and the lady that took my order asked "Is that all you're gonna buy?". I said no but I'm not gonna let my lunch get cold while I take a $#!t. When I came back to get my food I was charged another $12.30 for a small fry and sourdough jack even though I ordered a different sandwich. When I went back to the counter and said that I got the wrong order they refused to change my order and said that I asked for a #1 not a #3 even though I had to repeat myself several times during he ordering process. The staff then proceeded to talk trash in Spanish. When I asked for the name of the lady that took my order the other counter staff member refused to tell me her name.

I'm not really rating the food here. It's Jack in the box and fast food is what is it. But I have to commend the manager on duty when I walked in at around 2:30 pm 12/20. There was a "customer" demanding food from the menu for less than the price and then when he was told what price what he wanted would be, he literally threw the money at the shift lead. Threw it. I've worked in fast food for a decade, and I'm sure it's much different now than it was when I worked it, but the amount of patience this employee showed during this interaction, while being totally disrespected and talked down to,was AMAZING. I would not, could not have been as calm as he was . I am sure they've seen a lot at this location, but in a lot of places that makes employees even bolder at losing their tempers. This staff did great. I'm going back just for the employees.

Stop by at 9:03pm tonight and ordered from the widow because I was on foot.Manger or shift lead came to the window took my order. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with a strawberry Fanta and medium fries and before I paid I asked the manager if I can have my food fresh manager responded yes yes and close the window. During my wait outside I noticed staff was using old food that was sitting at the fryer.Manager came to the window and told me my food was fresh after I asked him if my fries were fresh because I seen him putting old fries in my bag and to my surprise he said yes everything was fresh.Being the person that I am, I check my fries and they were cold. I didn’t ask him again. Please give me a new fries he said those are fresh which they weren’t.After him taking my money and me walking back to my destination, which is 355 feet away I noticed that when I open my chicken sandwich, it was hard like a brick meaning it was not cooked fresh as the advertisement says, nor as the way that I requested it to be. I called the number two times with no response and hopefully I’ll get a response from management tomorrow.

The curly fries were mild warm to cold. I got the large and it was 6 bucks. Cold fries are nasty. I also got a spicey chicken. That wasn't too bad but McDonald's mchicken blows it out of the

I went here with my wife because we live nearby and recieved coupons in the mail. I used two coupons, 3 dollars off the breakfast platter and one ultimate breakfast sandwich combo with purchase of coffee and hash brown. The total was $17.59 after coupons and tax. My first thought was the price seems high, fast food is not cheap anymore.. the total without coupons would have been around $24 dollars with tax. That competes with restaurant prices. The coffee was basically brown water. I had to pour it out. I doubt it was employee error, I'm sure they have to use specific sized measuring. I have no idea how this company sells any coffee, i doubt they live off one-time customers. People must actually drink this stuff? The platter was mostly unedible. Rubbery/ oily eggs, sausage that mostly tastes like oil and herbs with no meat texture, hashbrowns that will give you heart burn. I prefer the frozen hashbrowns from the grocery store which is not a high bar.The breakfast sandwich was okay. It's hard to mess up ham, cheese, egg, and bacon.I'm not some food snob, I'm super frugal and wouldn't turn this meal down if it were free, but $17 with coupons? I feel scammed. This should be $14 without coupons. But they need to remove the breakfast platter from the menu, and just sell the pancakes.Lol this was therapeutic to write. Don't judge me.

It's definitely good chow for fast food! For me it's an occasional treat -- in the realm of comfort food and guilty pleaaure and a solid protein hit. If I'm going to have fast food, I'm not going to fork out the bucks just anywhere. Jack In The Box is one place I'll eat and I personally appreciate that they serve breakfast all day. Since the pandemic, I always drive up to the window to order instead of going inside. Before the pandemic I learned from experience not to expect atmosphere at a fast food chain restaurant. Any atmosphere there is in the people who work there and they worked there throughout the pandemic which makes them front line workers, for which I applaud them. I appreciate them and enjoy the brief encounter with the employees there when I stop in.They're part of an enormous swell of American workers who are taking a stand and agitating for far better pay and far better working conditions. When I entrust my gut to food from somewhere away from home, I prefer to feel like the place is a reasonably safe choice. This place fits the bill, where many others do not.

They had chairs up on 90% of the tables and I was planning on grabbing something quick, sitting at a booth and eating quickly before the next bus came. I asked an employee if I could eat inside and he said "SURE!" I guess they were closing the dining room soon and didn't want Anyone to make a big mess , which I can appreciate !Parking: Lots of people were eating inside cuz of COVID . funk that it's nice out and we about to transition to fall right?Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.
